Un emplacement privilégié en bord de mer, une rénovation complète en 2015 et le nouvel ensemble font de Hola Paradise un lieu de spectacle absolu.

La propriété dispose de trois unités (seulement deux locations, le troisième est occupée par le propriétaire), et cette annonce est pour la location de l'unité supérieure, un 1/1 avec une chambre de vue sur l'océan, cuisine complète et un salon intérieur / extérieur impressionnant avec pépère coupe canapé, fauteuil, TV & chimnea. Il n'y a pas d'espaces communs, et donc tout présenté dans les photos est à l'usage exclusif de l'unité supérieure.

Spent 6 nights in aguada at hola paradise.. Absolutely the best. If you are traveling to Puerto Rico solo or with a partner... There is no better place to stay on the island... Everything you want in a tropical vacation exist here at hola paradise. It exceeds expect.

We had such an amazing stay. The space turkey exceeded our expectations. The outdoor living space was a great way to relax while still spending time outside and the access to the beach was perfect! The house was also very well stocked with amenities. About 15 mins from Rincon which was great for surfing. There were also some nice waves right in front of the condo. Looking forward to our next stay!

Week in Paradise

Our stay at Hola Paradise was fantastic! The space was perfect for a couple. Amazing view from our balcony overlooking the ocean.The pictures do not do it justice. The property steps out onto a lovely stretch of beach. We walked and swam every day. Returning to our private plunge pool was an amazing luxury. It was great chatting with the owners Jeff and Rae. A perfect getaway!

Hola paradise

The air conditioner wasn’t turned on upon arrival and took the place three hours to cool down. The kitchen & bathroom stayed warm. Lighting in the kitchen is like a dark dungeon. No water pressure. No temperature control in the shower. Either scalding hot or cold. We enjoyed our stay otherwise. Bed is super comfy. Views are stunning. Plunge pool and tanning area was awesome. A little pricey without an actual living room. The outside area was nice but warm and the only place to hang out besides the bedroom. Cable didn’t work in the bedroom at all and had a hard time figuring it out outside.

Great place, best view, on the beach which had great sand as far as you wanted to walk in the ocean. Great ocean temp and mild waves. Rae and Jeff were great. We had the entire 3rd floor with small pool, wrap around balcony and plenty of outdoor seating with TV. The bed was the most comfortable I think I’ve ever had!

Slice of paradise!

What an amazing property! It was so lovely it was hard to remind ourselves to go explore the beautiful island! We would absolutely come back and stay here again! The unit below that they also rent looks perfect for a family so when we come back with the children we will likely snag the middle level. (Or maybe both!) Such an amazing special place to stay!

Incredible location! Absolutely beautiful to be able to wake up and stand on the balcony overlooking the beach! Location is great to spots like Crash Boat, Jobos Beach, and Domes Beach! If you are looking for a getaway, coming to Hola Paradise is a must!

Memories for a Lifetime

My husband and I could not recommend this property more. We had the absolute time of our lives and the only downside was that it had to end. We cooked in the perfectly appointed kitchen as much as possible just to enjoy more moments in the space. From the expansive ocean views to cooling off in the pool, we truly couldn’t have asked for a better stay. The hosts were helpful in getting us into our unit when needed and always felt available, but we had complete privacy. You will not be disappointed with a stay at Hola Paradise! Thank you for an amazing stay!

The property was absolutely amazing.. The name Paradise is exactly what it was.. it was so amazing, we didn’t even want to go out and go do anything else. We only went out to dinner one night.. Best Kept Hidden Gem

Words cannot be given for this hidden gem. We loved everything about this place and will be back. The owners are really sweet and nice people. The area is full of culture and just humbling nature. I love San Juan, but this was different, take time to venture away from the tourist areas and see the beauty of the island, the hills, drive, scenery is above what you can imagine. Brush up on youjr Spanish the further out you go and enjoy!

Truly paradise!

We stayed on the 3rd floor of this beautiful property in September, 2019. It was truly a perfect week. The house is big and well designed. The outside living room is lovely, especially in the evenings. Linens are luxury. The AC did a great job of keeping us cool. We felt completely safe. Check-in was a breeze. The beach at the property is lovely and quiet. Great morning walks with lots of great sea glass. We plan to return with family in 2 years. Highly recommend!

A dream

Either sleeping on the deck, watching TV on the 3rd story outside living room or Waking up in the bedroom each morning, the sound of waves crashing ashore never fade.. Amazing beach house that will not disappoint. Walk down the stairs to step on the beach. Play in the ocean in front or walk either direction for miles...very comfortable bed and apartment. Perfect place to come home to after a long day in the sun.. Or just stay and enjoy relaxing... Great place...

Hola Paradise

Our stay was incredible! We stayed on the third floor. The house was small but perfect for 1 couple. Shower was good. Bathroom has a bidet which we didn't use. Everything in room worked. TV had many channels and was in good working order. The wrap around deck has AMAZING views and we loved watching TV out side on the patio. Air conditioner in bedroom worked good but really didn't need it with the cool ocean breeze always blowing in. The house was clean and well appointed. Beach gear was provided by owners in room at bottom of stairs. The owners met us the night we arrived and helped us get situated and answered any questions. The lock box was tricky but we were able to get it open eventually. Traffic almost everywhere on the island was horrible so plan accordingly. With that being said we loved our stay! We are planning on returning in a few years and will be sure to use the airport closest to the house to avoid traffic next time. Neighborhood was nice and we met many wonderful people during our stay. Be sure to try the local food. Either the food trucks at the beach or even along side the roads. Not too much to do at night time as most places close rather early in Aguada but Rincon is only 5-6 miles away and has a very active night life scene. The beach in front of house isn't really suitable for swimming, a hard rocky surface makes it difficult to enter and exit water.but we found a nearby beach called Crash Boat beach that was perfect for swimming and other water activities. Not all places speak english but the bigger places usually had a few people that spoke good english. We had difficulty in some of the smaller places communicating with workers. Everyone was very nice but the language barrier was a bit frustrating at times. The West side of the Island was more relaxing and peaceful we found and will be returning there. We would recommend Hola Paradise for single travelers or a couple.
