We stayed here for nearly a month while getting set up in Nashville. There are some positives, but overall our experience was challenging. The unit looks like the photos and has been nicely remodeled. The kitchen was well equipped, and the in unit washer and dryer were convenient. The layout works well for groups, with three bedrooms and connected bathrooms, and the price was reasonable. The host was also very responsive. One thing to note is the listing still shows a workout room, but it has been converted into a game room. We were told after booking, but it was a factor in choosing this property. The biggest issue was noise. The unit is near a major highway, and sound insulation is very limited. We consistently heard neighbors, especially from above, at all hours. Even normal movement was loud enough to wake us. Plumbing from other units also created a loud recurring noise in the wall that could last several minutes. This was a nightly issue and made it difficult to sleep. The primary bedroom has no closet or drawer space, and there are no standard chairs with backs inside, which made working difficult. The surrounding area may not meet all expectations. While there are a few nearby conveniences, it is not very walkable, especially in the evenings, and the location on Gallatin Pike does not have a typical city feel.Overall, while the unit is updated and a good value on paper, the noise and environment made it difficult for a longer stay. I will not stay here again.
