This was our second stay at the shark tank and will continue to come back. Host communication was great and it is so close to the beach and restaurants. Great place to spend family time

Great location in downtown Cocoa Beach!

We loved staying at the Shark Tank! It was a great location, a 5 minute walk to the beach or downtown Cocoa. The unit was very clean and comfortable & the host was very communicative!

We stayed for a spring break vacation and the property was very centrally located to many things! Property manager was amazing and answered any questions we had. The property was clean and updated and we had an excellent stay

Amazing Host, Excellent property! Super clean! Chairs, Beach cart, beach towels all provided. Highly Recommend. Host was super friendly and always answered any question with care in a timely manner.

We absolutely loved our stay here. The Shark Tank is beautiful, comfortable, and in such a great location.Friday Fest was one of our favorite parts of the trip. We walked less than a block to enjoy the festival and grab dinner from the food trucks. A wicked storm looked like it was rolling in, so we grabbed our food and walked back to the house to eat. When we came back outside, there was a gorgeous rainbow right over the Shark Tank. It was one of those perfect little vacation moments.Later, the storm had passed and the music from Friday Fest was still so close that we just plopped our chairs in the front yard and kept listening from there. It was so nice being able to enjoy everything happening downtown and then simply walk back to the house whenever we wanted.The kitchen is gorgeous, the shower is fantastic, and the beds were incredibly comfortable. We loved having a place where we could relax and feel at home while still being right in the middle of everything Cocoa Beach has to offer.We would absolutely stay here again.

We were very satisfied with the living space and the outdoor space was a bonus. The kitchen was well equipped and the space was extremely clean. Francis was readily responsive to our questions.
