Noise Disclosure: This is one of three units in the building. You may hear faint sounds of neighbors, contributing to a warm and lively atmosphere. We aim to make your stay as comfortable and enjoyable as possible. If you have any questions or special requests, please don't hesitate to reach out.

Damage Deposit:
A $500 refundable damage deposit will be held on the guest's payment method at check in. This is a temporary hold (not a charge) and will be released if the property is returned in good condition.

Self Check-in between 4pm and 7pm. Our guest communication team are on call until 8pm to ensure your check in goes smoothly.

Parties will result in a fine of 400$ regardless of damages.
For your safety, the protection of our property and the happiness of our neighbors have external security cameras at the property.

Absolutely no smoking indoors. Any trace of smoking indoors will result in a fine of 400$ regardless of damages. If smoking outdoors, please properly dispose of butts.

We have neighbors, and noise complaints will not be tolerated.

Pet's - we welcome pet's at the property. Please let us know at the time of booking if any pets will be joining you on your stay.
Please make sure dogs are kept on a leash when not on the property.
