This was a nice condo in a great location. We utilized the boat slip they offered and had a couple of great days on the water. We will DEFINITELY look for availability here the next time we come to Hot Springs.

Check-in was very easy, and the owner answered all of my questions quickly. The place is clean and inviting, a home away from home. The kitchen was well equipped, and allowed us to cook breakfast a couple of mornings. This is a great place to sit down and chill while enjoying views of the lake.

Very nicely furnished unit. Very peaceful location on the lake. There's also a little pond right outside the back patio where my family had a great time feeding the fish and turtles in it. If you're looking for a place to stay right on the lake in Hot Springs, this is your best bet.

The condo was perfect for our quick getaway. We enjoyed playing and cruising on the lake and the quietness and calmer end of the lake! The condo had everything we needed to relax and visit.

If you are looking for something that will offer some quiet time, secluded location, beautiful home with gorgeous decor and water for a backyard this is the place for you!!! Exactly as pictured. Host was excellent. We can’t wait to return.

Spring break/house hunting

My spouse and I came to HS for a quick getaway for the weekend and ended up staying two extra days because this property is so amazing. Chris was so wonderful and accommodating. Wonderful retreat!

My wife and I, and our youngest son, needed a weekend getaway that wasn’t too far from home. This location was just what we needed! Chris was an excellent host. The space was so clean, comfortable, has a beautiful view, and is so relaxing! The neighbors were so kind and friendly as well! We hope to reserve this place again in the near future! There is so much fun to be had in Hot Springs as well!

Excellent, restful stay!

These condo's are older but this unit is completely refurbished and updated. Every component of the unit is very tastefully decorated. Absolutely loved the decor. The linens were nice and the beds were really comfortable. The host was incredibly responsive, always responding in a minute or two. We will definitely be back. The place was immaculate. We had cold and rainy weather but next stay we will play some pickleball on the tennis courts!

This is our second time renting this space. We had such a great time last year, that we decided to return this year, but for a longer stay this time. The whole space is just beautiful and peaceful, but our favorite part has to be the back deck that looks out over Lake Hamilton. We also spent plenty of time relaxing and resting in the cozy living room and bedrooms.We spent a little bit of time each day exploring Hot Springs and the surrounding area. We enjoyed visiting the historic downtown area, picturesque lakes and mountains, and eating out at many of the delicious local restaurants.Chris was also an excellent host. He would periodically message us to make sure our stay was going well. He was also very responsive to our messages.We love this place so much and are hoping to make it back a third time!

Peaceful

We have stayed multiple times at Farr Shores and to be honest we’re a little disappointed with the location of the condo in reference to the lake however the moment we stepped into the well appointed condo our disappointment dissipated. What a beautiful place. It is quiet and peaceful not to count how lovely it is where even the smallest details have been considered by the owners. We loved our stay and it will definitely be one to which we will return.

Gorgeous Condo

My husband, granddaughter and I stayed at this gorgeous condo for my birthday celebration. Chris, the owner, stayed in contact to make sure our stay was as comfortable and relaxing as possible. The condo is beautiful, well maintained and has everything you would need for your stay. The neighborhood is excellent and the views from the deck are wonderful. Our granddaughter would go out each morning and feed the fish just steps from our deck. She loved it.We will definitely be back for another vacation.I highly recommend this lovely condo on the lake.Thank you Chris!!!

A Lovely Haven

We loved our stay at this beautiful peaceful spot on Lake Hamilton! We woke up every morning hearing the birds singing and water fowl chattering on the lake (which is right out the front door). This property is located about 20 minutes from downtown Hot Springs and we loved it that way. We could easily take in the city activities but were able to retreat to our quiet peaceful condo at the end of the day. Lake Catherine State Park and Garvan Woodland Gardens are very close by and easily accessible. As a side note, the condo's cookware was to die for! Even if you don't like cooking you will like the cookware. All in all, this is the perfect place to stay in Hot Springs if you like nature, a lake, and a beautifully decorated condo.

This was our 4th time to visit a different spot in Hot Springs. 10/10 recommend. This was a getaway for myself, my husband, and two boys. The pictures of this property are exactly as they were once we walked in the door. This was a perfect location in a quiet area with lots of fishing spots for us as a family. The big balcony with the lake views accessible from the living room and the master was chefs kiss! For you to get to most attractions or restaurants it took on avg 15-25 min which we were completely fine with. There are two must sees of hot springs that are less than 7 min away! The quietness of this entire area was worth every penny. We 100% will book this property again. Hopefully sooner rather than later.
