Relax and recharge in lakefront condo on Lake Hamilton near Hot Springs, AR
FALL/WINTER UPDATE: Lake Hamilton experiences a water release beginning November 1 of each year for shoreline management. The level drops between 3-5ft with recharge beginning March 1st. During this time, our boat landing and slip are closed as water levels are too low.

We love the view of the lake so peaceful hopefully we can return for more enjoyment for peace and quiet while watching all the boats and jet skiing on lake. Thank you for a wonderful weekend
We had a wonderful stay at the condo. It was a great location to have access to Hot Springs. We loved relaxing by the pool and paddle boarding on the lake. The property was fully stocked and exactly as expected. I would highly recommend this property for any couple. The host was very quick to respond with any questions.
This was the perfect place for a peaceful and relaxing vacation. The condo was clean and welcoming, the deck was amazing and the boardwalk was perfect for my son to fish from. We had the absolute best time. Perfect distance from restaurants and grocery stores and downtown Hot Springs. Communication with the host was quick and easy. Thank you for a great place to spend Spring Break!
My husband and I stayed here on our road trip down south. The property was very clean and comfortable. After our day at Hot Springs National Park, it was nice to come back and relax on the deck overlooking the lake. Great place!
We couldn't ask for anything better. The Rise's condo was absolutely perfect and the location was beautiful. I could only hope it would be available the next time we visit.
We stayed here to celebrate my wifeâs birthday and to watch my son play college football. This place was great! From the communication of the host to the stay being clean and relaxing, we will be back if it isnât booked up! Even made a friend with a Canadian Goose!
We had a great time at this beautiful lakefront condo! Rose was a kind and communicative host! The property was very well maintained and the amenities were exactly as described. Thank you very much for a wonderful place to stay during the week of our wedding! A+!
Me and my husband were looking for a good place to relax and celebrate our Anniversary. I made the best choice. We will definitely be coming back! Highly recommend this place!
The photos don't do justice.
The property is beautiful.
The condo is clean and very tidy.
You have enough accessories to cook meals and sit out on the patio and take in the view.
You can catch sunrise and sunsets and they are absolutely breathtaking
Home was clean, organized, and decorated beautifully. It had a view of the lake and mountains that really made our 7 days stay perfect! Will definitely go back and hoping to bring my kids and grandkids!
This place was absolutely perfect⊠pictures donât do it justice. The amenities were EXACTLY as described⊠boat slip was literally steps from the back deck; boat ramp was large & ideal for loading & unloading our pontoon; furniture was cozy & comfy (made you feel right at home). Hostess stayed in great communication pre & post trip.
We stayed there in March 2023. The property was exactly as promised, cozy, clean, and comfortable. The views were greatâright on the water. The condo was clean and cozy, we had everything we needed. The owner was always available. I recommend the Red Filling Station restaurant, only 6 min away. We couldnât really spend time outside, because it was cold, but that patio was extremely inviting. Maybe next time weâll come in the summer and enjoy the outside more!
Coming from San Diego with everything at my fingertips I'm always delighted to find new areas in my travels that offer anything similar to a California lifestyle & this Hot Springs place was pretty cool. Arkansas, who knew?
This condo location was simply lovely for a quiet lake stay in March. The lake was low for yearly maintaining but still plenty of water for sealing the deal of a lake view, & with limited boating it was very peaceful.
We arrived almost by midnight so finding the location in the dark was first a challenge, but once we did it was easy access & excellent parking. The electric door lock was tricky at first, but we got around that too.
The interior was comfortable & accommodating but the sofa needs the cushions re-stuffed. Kudos on the bed selection because it was super comfortable, a huge plus when renting somewhere you're pretty much just going to sleep at.
I'm very sensitive to sound & there was definitely noise heard from the upstairs VRBO because you could hear every footstep & toilet flush which impacted our rest.
The grounds were nice for strolling the boardwalk & the community was lovely, quiet & serene.
The location is about 22 minutes to the old town area which made for a lot of back & fourth trips, 18 to be specific, but all we had was time & tended to choose a different route in & out to see new areas. Downtown was bustling & lively which made for the perfect balance between a quiet home location & an active daily destination.
We have enjoyed the wonderful experiences my husbandâs Civil Service career has afforded us over the almost 40 years. Rose stayed home with our 3 children and homeschooled all through high school. Living in Arkansas, Alabama, Virginia, Maryland, Texas and Germany has given us ample opportunity to explore many parts of our country and extensive travel in Europe. Whether in local attractions, natural beauty, the food or people weâve met along the way, we have always found the âhappyâ in every location. We enjoy sharing our happy space so others can be introduced or revisit the hidden gem of Lake Hamilton and Hot Springs.
