Personnalisée Maison de vacances sur le lac pittoresque Près de Mille Lacs

Cette maison construite sur mesure se trouve sur un terrain boisé ci-dessus Lapin pittoresque lac, à seulement 5 miles au nord de Mille Lacs. Propriété comprend 150 pieds de la rive du lac avec un quai pour la baignade, ensoleillement et de la pêche. Mettez votre bateau dans au débarquement public à proximité.

La grande salle a des plafonds voûtés, des lucarnes et une cheminée en pierre massive. Trois portes coulissantes donnant sur une grande terrasse avec barbecue et d'un foyer. La table de billard, télévision à écran plat et un système de son surround avec garder tout le monde divertir. La cuisine est entièrement équipée pour le chef sérieux et dispose d'appareils en acier inoxydable, réfrigérateur à vin, des comptoirs en granit, armoires de noyer et faits à la main.

Les chambres sont situées «deux» et «deux vers le bas". Il ya une salle de bain avec douche carrelée sur chaque niveau.

Wonderful up north experience!

This property was absolutely wonderful and worked perfectly for our extended family! The kitchen and property had everything needed for our weeks stay. The Loons spoke to us every night and morning. The beach and lake in front of the cabin was clear and sandy. We couldn’t have asked for a better experience and this was the perfect place to reconnect with our family.

Very nice. The family loved it.

Everything was great. The kitchen has plenty of everything you'll need. Bedrooms and baths were clean and well kept. I rented the pontoon and it was perfect for cruising around the lake. I would recommend to anyone. My family had a great time. I would not hesitate to go back. Thanks Dana.

Rabbit Lake vacay

I cannot say enough about this property. What an amazing cabin, perfect for all our needs. One of my favorite parts would be the kitchen. Lots of good food and laughs were shared there this past week! It was also amazing to be able to use the pontoon to go out on the lake for tubing and fishing and loon watching. The hosts were readily available to answer any questions we had. Can’t wait for next year!

Prestine cabin and shoreline without the rental feel

This cabin really feels as if you are staying in someone's personal cabin, not a rental! So many amentinties that I wasn't expecting with so many kitchen appliances: panini maker, malt blender, food chopper...on and on. The beds, pillows, and linens are the best I've seen staying in a lot of rental cabins. They were so comfortable! My family had an amazing time drinking coffee on the porch, swimming with sand bottom lake, making food in the open kitchen, playing pool and board games provided, watching the sunset on the dock. Not one person wanted to leave.

Top-notch Family Lake Getaway

Our family that included 6 adults, baby granddaughter and choc lab grand pup had a wonderful week on idyllic Rabbit Lake. The owners provided detail in advance on how to care for and experience this full-featured, tastefully decorated, lakefront home. There was plenty of comfortable seating both inside, outside and down by the dock for our family enjoyment. We had access to the pontoon and fishing boat for entertainment. We were so content to hang out on the pontoon! Sandy mid calf deep water near the dock for cooling off with shade from the trees. The home was very clean and kitchen set up for wonderful meal time fun. The beds and bathrooms were very comfortable! The WiFi and TV added to our additional enjoyment. Nice grocery store in Aitken and were able to find the the few things we needed during the week at the Glen Store and Glen Meats, a short drive away. Watching the little ground squirrels, hearing the loons call and the daily visit of the pileated woodpecker were added bonuses to our Rabbit Lake experience. Thanks again to the owners for their hospitality from afar. We will definitely want to come back to Red Fox Inn for future family gathering!

This home is beautifully decorated and comfortable in all ways. The kitchen is better stocked than my own kitchen at home! We enjoyed the home, yard, lake, pontoon boat and row boat. Highly recommend this rental. Dana was very welcoming and quick to answer any question we had.

Red Fox Inn was GREAT!

Best family vacation in a long time! The cabin had everything we needed and being able to use the pontoon made our stay perfect! We also had excellent communication with the owner, who replied immediately to questions we had. Highly recommend and can’t wait to go back!

We had a wonderful week at this beautiful cabin - quiet - lovely scenery - enjoyed exploring!

This home is just gorgeous - it is apparent that the owners put their heart and soul into building this - quality in every detail~Our family loves to cook together and the kitchen has everything and then some!! Our favorite spot was the porch where we played cards and just enjoyed nature around us. Relaxing and just awesome! Quality and classy comfort!!!! Very accommodating owners. Responses to our questions were sent immediately. A real gem!!

Great quiet location to unwind

Well laid out house with a great shallow sandy lake bottom. Kids and adults loved playing in the lake right off the dock and cruising around the quaint, quiet lake on the pontoon boat. The addition of the hot spot was great as it allowed us to get phone/texts from civilization.

Absolutely Amazing!

We stayed the first week of August. It’s was even more beautiful than the pictures! The house was very roomy and having the open floor plan made it great because if you were in the family room, dining room or the kitchen you were still all connected. We all very much enjoyed that piece of the house. If you needed quiet time, all the bedrooms were an awesome size to also hang out in. The kitchen, I must say was beyond fully stocked, it was great! We also rented their pontoon boat for the week and we took it out at least two if not three times a day. The fire pit was also a fun spot in the yard for just hanging out. We had an absolutely amazing time and would love to go there again. We drove all the way from Boston and it was worth every penny we spent! The owner Dana was so sweet, accommodating and extremely easy to reach if you would possibly have any questions to ask. I would highly recommend this rental to anyone. ❤️ Sincerely, Katrina

A Lovely Summer Break

This property was truly outstanding - inside and out. Our family group of 8 (plus infant) had plenty of room in the dining area, the living area, the kitchen, and each of the 4 bedrooms. When the weather was nice we loved the pontoon boat, the fire pit, the hammocks, the view of the lake, the call of the loons, and on the few times when it got rainy, the pool table, electronic darts board, TV etc. were great fun. In the few cases when we needed a help, the owners were wonderfully helpful and prompt! They even brought some things we left behind back to the Twin Cities for us.

A perfect family getaway. The cabin was more than advertised. The lake beautiful and quiet.

We had such a wonderful experience at Red Fox Inn. Wonderful that the only alarm clock each morning with the sound of Loons calling out across the beautiful quiet lake. The pontoon boat and pool table brought the whole family together to make wonderful memories. Nice surprise to find two huge hammocks that hung under a group of white birch trees at the top of the hill over looking the water. Impossible not to relax. 5 stars to our fabulous hosts. Thank you

Exceeds Expectations!

The pictures of the cabin are exactly what you get and then some! We were thrilled with how well stocked the kitchen was, we didn't need to bring anything other than our food. The cabin was also exceptionally clean. You would never know that you allow pets. Also, loved the wine cooler. The open floor plan on the main level was awesome. We had some people playing pool, while others were playing cards, and everyone was engaged in conversation together. I would definitely recommend renting the pontoon. It was a fun way to explore the lake, and swim and fish off of. Our dogs also loved it :-). Dana was great to work with. Answered our questions promptly and was very accommodating to our needs. The only thing that would have improved our stay would have been to have had the cabin opened up before we got there. It was really hot that day, with NO breeze and the cabin was extremely hot and stayed that way well into the night. However, the ceiling fans in every room were put to good use. LOL. So we enjoyed our stay and would recommend it. Thanks Dana!

Great vacation rental

We stayed a week at Dana's cabin. Everything about the house is very comfortable and the kitchen is well equipped. They let us bring our dogs which was fun. The lake is great for long swims. Overall a very quality place. Just FYI, it is very secluded, but there are neighbors close on either side of the house.

Awesome Vacation in a Beautiful Home!

If you're looking to get away from it all...."all" but the comforts of home, this is the place! Beautiful wooded, lakefront property, a fully furnished home with authentic wood details all around, and a gourmet kitchen too! Our extended family enjoyed every minute of our week together. We fished, we played games, we sat around the campfire (for as long as we could without being eaten by the famous Minnesota mosquitoes!), cooked awesome family dinners together and absolutely enjoyed our time here. Plenty of room for our big group. We saw deer, we named and fed the friendly chipmunks (Alvin, Simon & Theodore), listened to the loons, and saw many beautiful birds. The owners were quick to respond when a tree came down during a storm our third day here. Fortunately there weren't any injuries or serious damage, and we continued our vacation without a hiccup. If you're looking to relax and enjoy family time, this is the place for you!

Red Fox Inn

This cabin is even more stunning than the pictures indicate. The cabin is very roomy. We had a party of six and everyone had plenty of space to do whatever they wanted. The lake was so peaceful and welcoming. We kayaked all but one day of our vacation. My son caught fish from the dock. The firepit was very accommodating. This home is an over-the-top beautiful getaway. The kitchen is nicely stocked with all the dishes, cookware, and glasses you could need. There are games and movies for rainy days and evenings, gorgeous patios for reading and relaxation, and an inviting fire pit for everyone to enjoy. The decor is amazing.You can't go wrong booking this fabulous cabin.

Beautiful updated cabin on a peaceful lake

This cabin is so gorgeous, updated, and has almost everything you need! The decor was beautiful and everything was very clean. They had lots of kitchenware, two grills, a pool table, and lots of games and movies for our one rainy day. It is a small jaunt down to the lake, which is very clear and clean; you just have to get out past the dock a bit to get past the weeds. There is some sandy bottom right at the shoreline, but no "beach" speak of. We brought a big raft, tied it to the dock, floated out, and were happy as clams. Great stay for our extended family of 8!

Beautiful lake home

We rented this property for a couples getaway. The cabin is spacious with enough room for people to spread out. We are all foodies and the kitchen set up was AMAZING. Everything we could've needed or wanted was there. EVERYTHING. The bedrooms were all comfortable and well decorated. The patio area was awesome for fires and the grills were great. The table inside is big enough for group meals and card games. Tons of music selection, some DVDs,and books. This cabin would be great for summer or winter rental. It is tucked away in the woods, easy to find. Don't expect much cell service--- which is kind of nice. I ended up turning mine off for most of our time there ! The neighbors are friendly. The owners were easy to contact and quick to help with anything we needed. I have rented many cabins and the amenities available at this cabin really go above and beyond most VRBO/Homeaway rentals.The cabin was clean. We had a great time and would love to return!

A beautiful and comfortable place to stay.

This cabin is very tastefully decorated and well maintained. We were so comfortable here we didn't want to leave. The lake was quiet and the view of the sunsets over it in the evenings was a perfect end to each day. We love to cook and the kitchen was very well equipped, but there was also a small bar/restaurant just a couple miles down the road that we enjoyed the few times we went out for dinner..The owners were very accommodating and easy to work with. We will definitely be returning.

My family is from the Sartell area, and purchased lakefront land at Rabbit Lake nearly 20 years ago. I moved to Illinois for my job, but spend most of my vacations with my family at Rabbit Lake. Over the years, we have also been vacation home renters, in destinations like Florida, California, Colorado, Virgin Islands and Belize. On vacation, I love the experience of a "home away from home" and not a hotel.

Pourquoi avoir choisi cet hébergement ?

We fell in love with the natural beauty of quiet Rabbit Lake. Our shoreline is shallow and sandy, but this small lake has clear water and contoured bays with depths to 50 feet. My family built this home together over several years. The hand-made hickory cabinets were crafted in my father's garage. The pine ceilings were installed over a Thanksgiving weekend (thankfully many years ago!). We love the lake, the breezy elevation of the house, and the natural beauty of our wooded 2.9 acres.
