We are taking these actions immediately: - Clarify and update the listing and arrival instructions about parking pass limits and available alternatives so guests have accurate expectations. - Schedule a professional deep clean and inspect the dishwasher and all kitchenware; remove and replace any items found soiled. - Investigate the door and gate code systems with our vendor, repair or replace faulty keypads, and add fail‑safe procedures and clearer access instructions. - Inspect, deep‑clean, or replace stained/soiled furniture and strengthen our turnover quality checks to prevent this from happening again. - Have maintenance diagnose and repair or replace the drink fridge and verify all appliances are working before the next guest. - Review pricing and the listing description to ensure the value and amenities are represented accurately.
