Sunapee Dockside Dream Cottage with stunning mountain views and a dock. Nestled directly on the lake, this modern, sun-soaked retreat offers hotel-quality mattresses, ultra-soft pima cotton sheets, and a fully stocked kitchen with a stove, Keurig, and all essentials. The main floor features two bedrooms, while the loft offers two additional beds with sweeping lake views. Impeccably clean, beautifully decorated, and equipped with all amenities for a perfect getaway.

The spacious dock is shared with two other cottages, but you’ll have your own designated area with patio furniture to relax. The shared backyard features a cozy fire pit perfect for evening gatherings.

You are provided with 2 designated ( see pictures for spaces) parking spots with your reservation. Parking is limited so if additional parking is needed you must contact host prior to your stay. There is a small additional fee for additional spots ($25)

The dock is “shared” with two other cottages but each cottage has there own dedicated area and patio furniture to themselves. Kayaks and Paddle board are available in the summer months along with patio furniture, starting in May. Please don’t move patio furniture. (only included in appropriate season!)
We do not have a long list of rules, we simply ask that our guests respect our home. No parties, no smoking/vaping inside, no loud music, and respect the space.

Absolutely no smoking in the property! You must be at least 25 feet away from the property to smoke. Any violations will result in a 500$ fee.

Check in begins at 4 pm and check out is at 10 am
