Perfectly located near Calle San Sebastián and El Morro, you’ll be steps from great restaurants, boutiques, and some of the most iconic sights in Old San Juan—ideal for exploring the neighborhood’s rich culture and history.



This is a non-smoking, pet-free home with quiet hours after 10 PM. Please note that Puerto Rico may occasionally experience brief water or power interruptions. The area is lively and susceptible to street noise, and tropical insects are a natural part of island life—using earplugs and keeping lights off at night can help ensure more peaceful evenings.



The property uses an eco-friendly solar hot water system. Hot water may take a moment to reach the tap—please let the water run briefly and turn the handle fully.



Please note: the property is located toward the top of Old San Juan, which means there is a steep walk to and from the apartment. Please keep this in mind when planning your stay, especially if you’ll be toting luggage.
