Come relax and unwind! This gorgeous 2 bedroom/2 bathroom condo is located in Coral Reef Condominiums right off the quiet, eastern part of Thomas Drive. This FIRST FLOOR condo looks out over the pristine shores of the Florida panhandle and has direct access to one of the beachfront swimming pools!
Never rented before *Summer 2024*, this completely renovated and 1st floor unit, has something for everyone. Whether you prefer observing the beautiful Gulf views from inside the living/bedroom, hosting your family in the kitchen over delicious food or have your toes planted in the crystal blue water. This unit is amazing for families as there is direct access to the pool deck (two pools - one heated seasonally), fitness center, grilling pavilion, volleyball court and walkway to the white sandy beaches of the Gulf!
This home sleeps 4 guests between two private bedrooms and bathrooms.
The primary bedroom includes a king size bed, flat screen TV, en suite bathroom and ocean view. The primary bathroom includes a walk in shower and tub and a double sink vanity. The second bedroom includes a king size bed and en suite bathroom. The second bathroom includes a walk in shower and single sink vanity.
THINGS TO NOTE:
- Includes FREE beach service: 2 padded lounge chairs and umbrella directly on the beach 3/1-10/31 (subject to conditions and weather permitting). Also includes 25% off any other beach services with Adventures at Sea!
- Guests must purchase parking pass(es) upon arrival in the HOA office. They are $20/pass (CASH ONLY). Parking is limited to 2 vehicles per unit. Any additional cards can park across the street in the overflow lot for $10/day/vehicle.
- This is a NON SMOKING/NON VAPING rental. You will be charged $500 for any evidence of smoking/vaping in the unit/on the balcony.
- AGE RESTRICTIONS: Per the HOA, the registering guest must be at least 25 years of age and will be held responsible for all parties and/or guest of this reservation. The individual of this reservation must be 25 years old, must be present at check in and must remain for the entire length of the reservation.
- NO PETS ALLOWED! We love our fur babies too but unfortunately, our HOA does not allow pets on the property. You will be responsible for any fines.

We are the Center family! We live in Marietta, GA and have been visiting the Gulf with friends and families for many years. We have three beautiful daughters and one adorably handsome grandson! We hope you make as many amazing memories in PCB, as our family has over the years!

We have been visiting the Gulf for 40+ years and realize there's no where like it. Now that we have raised our three grown daughters, we decided it was our time invest in our little piece of paradise. We hope you enjoy our place as much as we do!
Quels sont les atouts de cet hébergement ?
We are nestled on the quiet side of PCB on Thomas Drive. With two pools (one heated seasonally), fitness center, volleyball courts, grilling pavilion and IMMEDIATE walk out access to the pool. It's an amazing spot for those with little ones, as they can sit by the pool and relax, while being within baby monitor range :)
