Ceci est un condo de 1300 pieds carrés en front de plage qui a été rénové à partir de zéro! De nouvelles armoires de cuisine, appareils électroménagers en acier inoxydable, comptoir en granit, de nouveaux planchers, nouvelles salles de bains, de nouveaux meubles, 3 nouveaux téléviseurs à écran plat (55 ", 42" et 27 "), de nouveaux matelas, nouveau mobilier d'extérieur! Le condo est également livré avec une laveuse et une sécheuse et plage complémentaire chaises, parasol, et un panier de plage à utiliser pendant votre séjour!

Cette unité est nettement plus grande que la plupart des unités 2 chambres / 2bath de la région. Il est assez spacieuse, décor sobre et frais, et un très grand balcon avec une grande table, 6 chaises confortables, plus deux chaises supplémentaires sur le côté. Les vues sont tout simplement incroyable et détente !!! tout simplement se détendre sur votre lit dans la chambre principale et profiter de la vue imprenable sans avoir à aller n'importe où! mêmes vues magnifiques sont également garantis si vous faites cuire dans votre cuisine, ou simplement se détendre au salon! Cet appareil est conçu pour six adultes (un lit de roi, une reine, 2 Brand New Taille double de haute qualité lits rabattables), mais deux petits enfants de moins de 12 peuvent dormir sur le canapé en coupe (s'il vous plaît apporter vos propres sacs de couchage pour ceux 2 supplémentaire petits invités!). Abondance de stockage disponible dans l'unité (ONE placard dans la chambre d'hôte, deux grands placards dans la chambre principale, plus un placard supplémentaire dans le couloir)

Much needed rest.

We enjoyed our stay. Comfortable furnishing and large screen tv for the rainy days. Balcony was great for viewing the ocean and reading our books. The pool was set up nicely with large shaded areas. Stingrays Bar was very convenient.

May 2025 Beach Trip

Property as described, had a wonderful week at the beach. Property quiet, location of condo to the main elevator was perfect and the beach was amazing.Only had to contact owner to locate a missing item in the kitchen and they immediately got back to us. Walk to the beach was simple and short walk. Enjoyed beginning day on the balcony, watching sunsets and dining while watching the surf. Owner was patient and answered all our questions. Will return!

Just absolutely fantastic

Manal says in her bio that this is not just a business for her but rather she’s invested in people having the most amazing vacations. This couldn’t be more evident in the way she has organized her place. She has everything that you would need for a beach vacation: fully stocked kitchen, beach toys, chairs, umbrellas, extra pillows, furniture, extra bed and so many towels. I see most places exaggerate how many people can stay there. But Manal’s posting is absolutely accurate. For a family of 3, I felt like we grossly underutilized the place. I was thinking we could have taken another family with us and stayed comfortably. The views from the condo are just absolutely stunning! The big balcony and its accessibility from both the living room and the master bed made this trip so memorable. I fell asleep watching the ocean and woke up to a stunning view. It doesn’t get any better than this!The property is very well maintained. I have stayed at other ocean properties and the sea air does a number on it. But seems like their property management is on top of everything. Painting and caulking every month. Also, with 3 pools and one of them being heated, we could get in the water even when it was a bit chilly in the evening. The beach was quite empty with only a few people who lived on other properties visiting. It was just absolutely perfect! Manal is extremely responsive and very understanding. I can’t recommend this enough.

Weaver family vacation

Great stay overall, but for the price I would have liked to have had a more updated bathroom. We had a couple minor issues but nothing serious enough to hurt our stay. The place was beautiful and I love having a full kitchen and laundry available. We look forward to booking our next stay soon!

Loved the beach!

The view and proximity to the beach was perfect. The pool area was very clean with lots of chairs and tables. Beds were very comfortable. Condo was not very well supplied. We had to ask for dish soap and garbage bags. Pans and skillets could be updated. Hot and cold waterlines are backwards in both bathrooms. Overall, we enjoyed our stay.

Perfect Escape

This rental is everything you need for a perfect beach getaway. The Dunes are located in the best spot, directly on the beach, but away from the craziness of the strip. The pools, the views, the shop in the lobby, it has everything you could ask for. The unit provided everything needed for a wonderful week on the beach, Manal was fabulous! She provided dining tips and even checked on us during our stay. She provided beach chairs, sand toys and even a beach cart to haul everything down to the beach. I can't wait to book another trip and will definitely be picking a week this unit is available.

Amazing View

This condo has an amazing view of the gulf and the pool. The condo was very nice. It's next to the Elevator. You can hear it going up and down from the master bedroom, but honestly it took me most of the week to realize the noise was the elevator. The guest room could use a gel pad on top of the egg crate on the bed. Lights on the balcony would be helpful. Overall, a great time and a great vacation. Would totally recommend.

Condo needs major updates and lots of TLC. New paint and ceiling work, new flooring, updated bathrooms with showers and tolits, adequate dishes and kitchen essentials, new mattresses with mattress protectors, and decent sheets, add more decor to the walls and space. The room and furniture were dirty. We enjoyed our stay on the property and the beach, but I would not recommend staying in this condo to anyone. The space of the condo was good and the balcony was nice size with a beautiful view. It was adequately priced for the experience.

Excellent Value

We enjoyed our stay in this beachfront condo. The check in process was easy. The owner was very responsive, with all inquiries being answered within one hours time. The condo was as advertised in the photographs provided. There was plenty of room for our family of 5. The balcony was very large providing us excellent views of the sunsets. We were lucky and got to see fireworks from our balcony each night of our stay. I have never been to Panama City Beach before and do not know if this is something they typically do or not. The kitchen had enough dishes to cook basic meals, which worked well for us. The pool was well cared for, as were the resort grounds. We took full advantage of the on-site beach access. The property was an EXCELLENT value. We would definitely return. Something outside of the owners control that did dampen our arrival: the gate keeper smelled VERY strongly of vomit upon our arrival. This was the only negative of our entire trip. So, if your arrival is not perfect, keep an open mind, you only have to get your parking pass once! Every other staff member was kind, friendly, and well groomed (without odor).

Dirty. Poor maintenance, did not stay past one night.

Walked in after traveling all day. First thing we saw was the family room couch. It isn't a couch. Looks nice and big on website, but is outdoor furniture and small. 4 adults would not fit well or be comfortable on this couch. The cushions were stained and dirty. We flipped them over and they were the same on the other side. Dining room furniture beautiful and big. Nice balcony. Kitchen is beautiful, but needs equipment. There was no baking sheet to put the pizza we had bought to cook for dinner. The front door had light and air coming in. It was a windy night, but it was enough air that I took a video of my hair blowing in the breeze with the door shut. The hall closet rail on the bottom was broken and off the railing. As we walked through the hall to get to the master, the close door was swung out. It was broken, and did not fold back. It just hung open. The bathroom was clean, but there is patching and areas that need to be patched and painted. The shower ceiling looked like it needed patched and painted. The master bedroom furniture is beautiful. The carpet however had stains in multiple places, and filthy. It has wrinkles in it where it is so stretched out. I did not walk barefoot in the apartment. The closet even has a large stain in it. When I pulled the pillows off there was a long stain at the top of the bedspread. I took that off the bed. When we pulled the sheets back there were two different areas that had long hairs stuck to them. The bed itself was very comfortable. The second bedroom had beautiful bedroom furniture, but the carpet was the same. Large stains and very dirty. The attached bathroom was clean and a good size. You can tell this property is an investment for someone. It could be beautiful if proper care was taken and walls were fixed and painted. The carpet flooring is disgusting. It needs family room furniture that can handle the 6-8 people it advertises as being able to stay. We contacted the owner immediately. She was very responsive. We offered to pay the nights fee and the cleaning fee and requested the rest back. We did not want to stay there. I have been using VRBO for 10+ years and never left a property. She agreed and I have received my money back.

Family Vacation

Easy to access, park, elevators were very reasonable. The room was right off the elevator, plenty of space for us. Nice spacious balcony, spacious condo and rooms. Could use a little updating but we enjoyed our stay. Pool was nice, beach was awesome.
