Many recreation activities and dining nearby. Ski slopes and Government camp are 15 minutes away (depending on traffic). Wildwood recreation area (with hiking trails, Salmon river and wildlife viewing) is 5 minutes away. Golf is 10 minutes away. Sandy river access is at the end of the street. No smoking or vaping in the house. No pets.
The space
This 1800 square foot cabin is located in a mountain neighborhood near the Sandy river. The primary bedroom is upstairs, has a queen bed and an ensuite bathroom that includes a sink, toilet and shower. The second bedroom has a queen bed, the third bedroom has 2 twin beds. These bedrooms are on the ground floor and share a bathroom that has a sink, toilet and combination bath tub/shower. The first floor is heated hydronically (in floor radiant heat) the second floor has baseboard heat. Hot water is supplied by a tankless water heater. No subletting. This is an approximately 1800 square foot cabin in a small, walkable, safe and flat neighborhood with mostly mountain style homes. All areas of the cabin and yard are accessible to guests except locked closets and garage.
Note that the main floor is a heated hard surface.
Other things to note
Smoking or vaping is forbidden. This is a non- smoking home. Violators will be subject to a $300.00 charge and eviction. Pets are not allowed. Service animals with proper documentation are allowed. As per county ordinance there is no subletting. Clackamas county registration certificate # 892-24
