Furthermore, guests have access to the garage of the home where they may store their vehicle during their stay. The home itself is divided across three large bedrooms and two bathrooms. The master suite is distanced from the guest suites of the property, making the layout ideal for larger groups that desire a central social area but bedrooms with ample spacing from one another. The bedroom configuration is as follows:

Primary Bedroom: King bed, with en suite bathroom featuring soaking tub, walk in shower, and dual vanities
Guest Bedroom 1: Queen bed, access to hallway bathroom featuring walk in shower and dual vanities
Guest Bedroom 2: Great convertible room can be a bedroom or home office. Queen Murphy bed, access to hallway bathroom featuring walk in shower and dual vanities
Living Room: Queen sleeper sofa

In terms of location, Casa Del Mar is a ground level home located at 1206 Par View Drive within the Beachview community of Sanibel Island, FL. It is located directly on the Beachview golf course overlooking the 14th hole. It features a deeded beach access located only steps from the home, about 750 yards from front door to sand. The Beachview clubhouse is located just feet from Casa Del Mar. Here guests can participate in tennis and golfing activities. Please note that while this home is listed as pet friendly, it is pet friendly only by approval. Please do not book this home if you plan to stay with pets without first messaging us and requesting approval, as your reservation will be canceled if you check in with pets that have not been approved (without refund).

Guest Access:
Guests will enjoy access to the entire house, pool, garage, and deeded beach access. They may also participate in tennis and golfing at Sanibel Island Golf Club for a fee (please contact for more information).
