Welcome to our light-flooded Villa “Casa Felicia”. It is a beautifully furnished seasonal vacation rental with 3 BR and 2BA. The Villa is located close to the Beaches from Nokomis and worlds famous Siesta Key, grocery stores and restaurants. The master suite features a king size and ensuite bathroom with a big shower and 2 sinks. The 2nd bedroom features a queen size bed. The 3rd bedroom has a European king. The 2nd Bathroom has a shower and 1 Sink. The Kitchen is fully equipped and has a breakfast bar and a granite countertop. The pool area is accessible from the living room, the kitchen and the master bedroom. Enjoy your vacation by the covered pool area with heated (electric and solar) saltwater pool. There is a restroom and a seating area by the pool. The fenced-in backyard invites you to linger and offers a lovely seating area.

Pool heating charges 100$ per week. Pool heat settings 86°F.

HOA Rules:
No Boats, Commercial Vehicles, RV's and Camper on and at the Property

Quiet hours are from 10pm to 7am.
Trash: It is the guests duty to take all of their trash and recycling out to the curbside for pick-up the evening before collection day and back in, when emptied. In case guests do not get their garbage and recycling collected, we will charge a fee of USD 100.00 for extraordinary removal.
Pets: Please ask for approval to bring your pet, if a pet is not registered with us before arrival and we find out during or after your stay, we will charge USD 500.00.
Pets: Unfortunately due to 2 recent cases of guests letting their dogs pee and poo within the house on carpets, wood floors and pool decks, we have to add the following rule: If we find any pet poo/pee or its stains anywhere within the house, the garage or the pool area, we will charge USD 500.
