This is a nice condo on the ocean. Couple minor items were addressed quickly. Lots of nice beachcombing for shells and rocks at low tide - high tide is to the dunes, though. Listing shows that there are stairs to reach the third floor, be aware. That gives the deck nice views.

Condo was very clean & homey feeling! The views of the beach were spectacular! Access to the beach & pool were very convenient. We would book again with no hesitation! Our host, Alan, from Paragon Rentals, even gave us some reccomendations for restaurants to try nearby!

It Really is a Blessing

Great Stay!!! The view is spectacular off the deck. We sat, watched the waves crashing on the shore and enjoyed a great cup of coffee. Very restful and relaxing, especially after climbing all those steps, it's well worth it.

Very nice stay! Blessing Beach was well equipped, clean, and comfortable. We were in Topsail for a death of the family and needed place quick and affortable. Finding Blessing Beach was a blessing.

I loved this condo from the moment we walked in. It was beautiful, clean and organized. It had everything we needed. The view from the deck was priceless and the walk down to the beach was short and close. This area is less touristy. It is a little further to grocery stores but worth it. The condo is a great value for the quality and location. Would highly recommend.

Thanksgiving week

Had a great stay during thanksgiving, the ocean view from the balcony is fantastic. The place was well stocked with kitchen utensils and having spectrum cable made it easy to stay inside when the weather turned cold.

Peaceful and Cozy

We loved our time in North Topsail. The condo was cute and inviting and had everything we needed, including a great view and the quickest beach access we could want. Communication and tips on how to find the unit were very helpful.

Fantastic last minute rental

This condo was spotless and exactly as described. We have visited topsail almost every year for 23 years but have never stated on North Topsail. We have now experienced the best!!!

Great beach week!

Had a great time here with the family! The condo was clean and nicely decorated. Had all the necessary household items to make most of our meals. Beach area is a breeze to get to. View from balcony is amazing. Just be prepared for some stairs, top floor.

Exploring the area

I highly recommend the Beach Blessing for a stay. The property is on the ocean and you can hear the waves and walk the beach. The manager checked in via the app to make sure we were all set. They supply guests with everything you need for a comfortable stay. The kitchen is stocked and the rooms are comfy. Oh the view and sound of the ocean!

Long weekend stay

The condo is nicely decorated & has a fully stocked kitchen. The condo has a great view of the beach. The only down falls in our eyes were the lack of darkening curtains in the kids bedroom & the loud air conditioner.

I have a great time during my stay here. The condo was up to date, clean, and the view was amazing. They had everything I needed. I highly recommend you check with the Topsail Island Bell Hop Boys service to help assist with getting your belongings from your car to the condo as it is a third floor condo and there is no elevator in the building.

Total relaxation

This is a wonderful condo. It is beautifully decorated and the view from the balcony was awesome. My favorite was laying in bed in the morning and staring out the long windows at the waves breaking along with the slider in the room to the balcony. The only down fall is the stairways to the room. It is on the 3rd floor but with no elevator it was tough lugging all out stuff up there. I cant wait to return!

Family Vacation

I stayed at Beach Blessing with my husband and 3 kids under 8. The ocean view from the balcony was gorgeous. The condo was cozy and had everything we needed for cooking/ eating at the condo. We even noticed that we were short a set of towels and Alan got back to me quickly and got us another set ASAP. The beach was busy, but very nice. The condo pool was a nice way to cool off in the evenings, and we loved the pirate ship play area and all the fun recreational activities on the property. We had a lovely time!!!!

Overall the condo was adequate and had convenient access to the beach. However, I was extremely disappointed in a couple of aspects of the condo and facility. The top bunk is completely unsafe and unusable unless you want to fall off the top bunk while sleeping. The mattress doesn't fit the size of the top bunk so there is a major gap that the mattress should fill at the head of the bed. The mattress also is the same height as the side guard rail so we could not use this bed because of these safety hazards. My child slept on the couch during our stay as a result because of the unsafe situation. The cleanliness of the condo was lacking in some areas, the shower liner had brown spots all over it, the unused toilet paper roll had stains on it upon arrival, the main bed had sand in the sheets upon arrival, stains on the main bedroom pillow covers and what appeared to be a blood stain on the top of the comforter on the main bed and there was a knife in the kitchen drawer (with a sheath on it) covered in pizza sauce as well.
