Profitez du meilleur condo réparti à Romar Place. Cette copropriété de luxe est joliment meublée et décorée dans un motif de plage haut de gamme. Le grand balcon est accessible depuis le salon et la chambre principale et donne directement sur la plage. Romar Place 702 a une vue panoramique spectaculaire, en particulier depuis son perchoir du 7ème étage. Les photos sont incluses de l'unité.

La grande chambre dispose d'une grande télévision à écran plat, d'un lecteur CD avec station d'accueil IPOD, de chaises en cuir italien et d'un canapé-lit en cuir. Table à manger avec dessus en verre pouvant accueillir quatre personnes avec des sièges supplémentaires pour 3 au bar du petit déjeuner. Cuisine entièrement équipée, y compris les appareils LG en acier inoxydable.

La suite principale a un matelas BioPedic king-size, un écran plat mural de 32 'avec lecteur DVD, une salle de bain privée et deux portes coulissantes en verre de six par huit pieds menant au pont avant du golfe. La deuxième suite a un matelas BioPedic Queen, un écran plat mural de 26 'avec lecteur CD. La troisième chambre a 2 matelas BioPedic Twin, TV écran plat mural avec DVD et salle de bain complète. Laveuse et sécheuse Maytag pleine grandeur avec fer et planche.

More than we could’ve asked for!

- An absolutely beautiful/spacious condo with an even more impressive view of the Gulf! Even with the Sand in My Boots Festival going on the weekend of our stay, Brent and his wife Kimberly had their condo more than reasonably priced. The rental and check in processes were very easy. The condo was very nice and clean. Easy access to the beach and rarely traffic to battle to get on the road for travel. Overall a great experience!

The condo is very quaint and comfortable. Nice size for a family of four. The owner was awesome as he checked on us upon arrival. I have never had that before. The views were great. This was our first time to Orange Beach, if we return we will rent from Brent and his wife. Thanks for a nice place.

My wife & our 3 children loved the condo, the location, & all the amenities. Owner is very thoughtful, easy to contact, & truly cared about our experience. I have stayed at this property in the past, and it is one of the best on the Gulf beaches! The property has the best view, every item in the kitchen you could want, plenty of towels and pillows!! It is ALWAYS clean, and the owners are great to work with and will respond to questions quickly.....

We had an amazing time. Everything was so nice and it was nice not to have to worry about towels and stuff to cook with. It was so nice setting on the balcony watching the dolphins and birds. I loved that Brent checked on us to make sure we made it safe and let me know about fun things to do with the kids. This is our 3rd time going to the beach and it was the best trip yet. Thank y'all for offering your home for us to stay. Can't wait till next time!! Maestas Family

Great condo

Great location on the beach and close to restaurants and shops. Indoor pool was a great temperature. Owner was easy to work with and always available...even checked on us when we had a tornado watch. Condo was very spacious and had everything we needed. Beds were comfortable! Balcony was spacious and beautiful view. Bathrooms were very nice. Many towels were available for beach and bath. Washer and dryer worked great. We had young children with us so we would have liked to have had one of those locks at the top of the deal but not a deal breaker at all! There were 4 kids and 2 adults and after three showered there was no more hot water. Could use a bigger hot water heater. Obviously this is not the condo owner's fault but the outdoor pool was freezing! It is April though and a little cooler. We would higher recommend this condo and plan on making another stay ourselves.

This was such a wonderful condo! The pictures online really don't do the room near the justice it deserves! Brent was wonderful to work with and answered any questions we had. Romar place itself is nice. The convience of the indoor pool along with the outdoor was great. We visited Gulf Shores Steamers and Doc's restaurants while staying in Orange Beach. They were both wonderful. Thank you Brent for letting us stay in your place and we hope to come back really soon!

Nice condo... close to the beach. Nice pool and indoor pool was nice. A couple of glitches with ceiling fans, tv and lights. There were a lot of personal items of the owner and the fridge was full of food, which was a little off-putting. Overall a lovely condo, we would stay there again.

Vacation 2012!!!!

The condo was great, great view of the ocean. The beach was white and perfectly clean along with the water. It was accurately depicted in the photos. The pools were always clean and the grounds well-maintained. Staff was also friendly and helpful. What we really liked was that it was not in the "thick" of all the traffic and close to the Walmart or Publix, plus several good restaurants (Calypso Joe's, Cobalt's, both excellent!) Our condo renter was also very cordial and called us on the first night. Couldn't ask for a better place to stay!

My husband and I (along with our 19 year old daughter) live in Birmingham, Alabama. My husband works for an Alcohol Beverage Company and I work with Equestrian show horses. We have kept Romar Place as our second home. We began renting for the first time a few of years ago, since our daughter is now eventing (Dressage).

Pourquoi avoir choisi cet hébergement ?

We have been in love with the beach since we were children. After Ivan devestated the Gulf Coast, we decided to participate in the rebuilding of the area. We throughly enjoy the friendly and relaxing atmosphere. We love the fact that Orange Beach is such a family oriented area. Everything is so laid back and casual and the locals are so friendly.

We were looking for a low density condo. Romar Place fits that description as it has only 66 units in the complex. This means less people in the outdoor and indoor pool and on the private beach. Your personal paradise of Sugar White sand and tranquil serenity await you.

Quels sont les atouts de cet hébergement ?

This is clearly not the atypical "rental condo". Upon entering, you will immediately feel like your are visiting a friend's second home. Virtually every amenity that you can imagine is provided during your stay.
