Impressionnant condo, prÚs de la ville, sur le terrain de golf et complÚtement mis à jour. Grande terrasse avec mobilier de jardin confortable pour se détendre devant la cheminée de gaz tout en regardant le coucher du soleil sur la montagne.


Ce condo unique, n ° 14 est idĂ©al pour les familles, les amis, les fĂȘtes de mariage, voyages de golf, ski, faire du shopping ou tout simplement pour se dĂ©tendre.  La communautĂ© dispose de superbes installations, y compris la marche et de randonnĂ©e, club-house, piscine, bain Ă  remous, terrain de golf, les fers Ă  cheval. Cette unitĂ© est 2 chambres 2 salles de bain. Il a Ă©tĂ© entiĂšrement rĂ©novĂ© avec les meilleurs meubles et luminaires, des comptoirs en granit et table, tĂ©lĂ©vision Ă  Ă©cran plat dans chaque chambre, ils Ă©pargnĂ© aucune dĂ©pense quand ils remodelĂ©s celui-ci. Perfect Stay

We loved our time at Sandy’s condo! The sitting area on the patio with a view of the mountains was our favorite spot to relax after a full day of hiking or skiing. The condo has everything we heeded for a comfortable and cozy stay, blankets, heaters, snacks, books etc. We made many meals in the kitchen and never found we needed anything. I highly recommend Sandy’s condo!

Peaceful retreat

Sandy’s condo has everything you need! It was very comfortable with an outstanding patio. We enjoyed lots of hummingbirds, elk and deer every morning and sometimes in the evening. We were very thankful for refreshing showers and a break from the heat of the desert. We will be returning!

Sandy’s Condo

Sandy has thought of so many things to make you feel like you are home but yet a special guest Everything from snacks, bottle of wine, throws, plush towels and toiletries and games, to name a few. The view from the patio were great!

Loved it!

We loved staying at Sandy’s condo. Had everything we could ever want or need. We liked that the bedrooms were separated on different sides of the condo. We each felt like we had our own private wing. Beautiful furnishings and decor. The outdoor deck was so nice with great views. Highly recommend Sandy’s place!

Mountain Visit

Sandy was very helpful with scheduling our trip and after our arrival. The condo was very well supplied with everything from kitchen to BBQ. The place is beautiful and convenient walking distance to town. Lots of deer and hummingbirds visited us daily. Even though this is a multi unit condo, it was very quiet. The Large Covered Patio was nice for entertaining friends that came for dinner. The hot tub was also very nice for relaxing in the cool evenings.

We loved this place!!

We loved our stay in Sandy’s cabin! It was perfect and what we expected. Bedrooms are separated for privacy but the home is cozy enough for the entire family. Nicely modern decor through out the house. Centrally located so you can go one way and head to the mountain or go the other way and end up in mid-town for all the shops and restaurants. You are literally on the 18th fairway and have the most beautiful view of the snow covered mountain. We can’t wait to go back. Thank you Sandy...

Everything Perfect!

There was not one thing I did not like! My favorites are, the parking right outside the front door, full kitchen(every dish and coffee pot was clean) really liked the bedroom downstairs stairs being a little cooler than the bedroom upstairs, the washer and dryer was great, the fireplace was cozy, the views from the recliner, the patio, patio furniture was comfortable with even a more beautiful view, the fire pit and throws for the patio to stay even warmer
.I could go on and on. The pictures do not do it justice. All around comfortable no matter the weather! Host was exceptional and very fast at responding.

BEST STAY! Right in the middle of town, close to ski apache

We just got back from our vacation. This condo was everything and MORE. The owner thought of everything. The kitchen accessories were top of the line. Pantry was full of spices and hot cocoa and coffee, tea, etc. Everything you can think of. My kids watched movies from the owner's massive collection. We found board games in the closets; robes were furnished in the master bedroom. The view of the mountain from the patio and master bedroom was amazing. The kids roasted marshmellows on the fire-pit outside. It was like being at home. We even stayed an extra night because we didn't want to leave. We will most definitely be back! There is no reason to look or stay anywhere else. Thank you for making our stay so comfortable! Best vacation ever.

Nicely updated condo

Older complex, but the condo has been very nicely updated. Supplied with anything you would need. Glorious master bed. Good wifi and Direct tv. The AC is great too. The condo has a very nice large deck. Very nice. You can watch the deer and elk without leaving the deck. The only things I did not like were the steep interior stairs and the deck faces west. Unfortunately, and not the host’s fault, the golf course is horrible and in terrible condition.

Great Christmas stay

Owner had put up a tree and other decorations. Beds and bedding were comfortable and kitchen had pretty much everything we needed. Saw some wildlife and enjoyed a quiet, peaceful stay. Honestly don’t think pictures on the website do it justice - it was great.

Great beautiful location!

The condo was very cozy and the owner was very accommodating. She left notes of things we would have needed answered so was very helpful. The views were so pretty on the porch and we had wildlife daily. Just so relaxing. Would rent there again!

Quels sont les atouts de cet hébergement ?

My condo is centrally located in the Heart of Ruidoso. It is less than a mile walk to the shopping, restaurants and nightlife in Mid-Town. . The casinos are less than 10 minutes away, Ski Apache is about a 30 minute drive, depending on weather and road conditions, Lincoln Home of Billy the Kid is just a short drive (about an hour) and lets not forget Ruidoso Downs Race Track and Casino, 7 minutes from your door step. There is plenty of parking and my condo is EASY to get to in the winter time, no big hills and turns to get in and out of here when the snow comes!
