Bougavillage_Villa Boa

Bougavillage was designed to enjoy breathtaking views of Lake Atitlan, in comfortable, minimalist spaces.

Villa Boa has everything you need to enjoy an excellent stay: equipped kitchen, dining room, indoor and outdoor living room, showers with mountain views, two sanitary services, WiFi and terraces.

Bougavillage has direct access to the main road, parking for up to 14 vehicles and security cameras.

Features:
Because it is a mountainous area, you will find different species of flora and fauna. If you don't like adventure and nature, this may not be your place since you will find different types of insects and lizards.

Meal:
Our kitchen is very well equipped and we have salt, sugar, oil and olive oil. If you are going to cook, it is important to take into account that the closest supermarket is in Panajachel (30 minutes away), so we recommend bringing the ingredients before arriving. You won't find convenience stores or restaurants within walking distance.

The closest restaurant is 10 minutes away by car and delivery services do not yet operate in the sector. Please keep this in mind to plan your meals in advance. We would be happy to share a list with our restaurant recommendations.

Design
With a contemporary design and integrated into a rugged topography, Bougavillage offers an experience with luxury amenities in a natural environment. Due to the same topography, it is necessary to climb some steps to reach the villas. If you have mobility limitations, we have an alternate access where the number of steps to climb is less.

To take advantage of the wonderful views of Lake Atitlán, the design incorporates large windows and double heights. Most villas have an open loft layout as well as open bathrooms with contemporary and innovative designs.

Connectivity
Bougavillage is located on the edge of the road that connects San Antonio Palopó with Aldea Agua Escondida. Despite being a busy road, there are still stretches of dirt so if you come with your own vehicle we recommend that it be a not so low vehicle (it is not necessary that it is a 4x4, but ideally a suv, truck or pickup type car).

If you do not bring your own vehicle, it is important to take into account that there is no efficient public transportation network in the Atitlán area. Uber or any other transportation application does not work either. To get to the place from Panajachel, Antigua or Guatemala City, we recommend coordinating transportation with some private transporters referred by us.
