Beautiful scenery. Adorable lodging. Creative art. The hot tub and sauna and cold shower were amazinngggghg. So happy to discover the clothing optional portion too. I will be back for sure, i loved this stay and Robert is very kind.
A retreat into a preserved peice of history and nature retrofitted for todays needs
My girlfriend, dog (Sheppard)and I had the misfortune of only being able to stay two nights. We arrived later than planned and the property manager Robert was not only great at commutation but was a warm and friendly person. He gave us a tour upon arrival at 830 pm which included the Casita we stay in, the art gallery of truly original local artists.(All for sale which we will be back to by some of). Also the hot tub and sauna with lights and jets, he also have us a lesson in best methods and uses of sauna and hot tub. Also in the Casita is a short list of reasonable rules and an index of all things to do in the area, local restaurants stores ect. Also a menu available of muffins, truffles, wines available from Robert and his wife any where on the property. There was everything you could think of. There is a bbq and dishes and towels, robes, coffee tea ECT. It's is a small cabin perfect for couples more than that is unlikely to work. My girlfriend dog and I had a blast it was a whole experience and Roberts love of the area and history is evident in his tour and his gallery of artists. after the tour he left us to be and said text if you need a menu item or help. We will be returning to hike the Santa Rosa wilderness trail more with our dog that is less than a mile away across the street. This trip was worth our 9 HOUR DRIVE from Reno and only wish we had more time to spend . We will be returning!!
