PALM CANYON RESORT in Palm Springs! 2 bedroom/1 bath condominium that is fully equipped and ready to accommodate 6 guests. With a king bed in the master bedroom, queen in the guest bedroom and a sleeper sofa in the spacious living room, you will have all the comforts of home, including a fully stocked kitchen with cookware, dishes and utensils & private balcony. The resort is beautifully landscaped with palm trees and the pool is spectacular. At 1.5 acres, the pool boasts a slide, waterfalls and an in-cave hot tub. You've picked the perfect place!

Little slice of heaven

The complex is very nice, the pool is the highlight of this place. Kids were entertained all day and food and drink very easy to order right at the pool. Will stay here again for sure

Great place to stay

First room was having a little a/c leaking problem, so we had to switch rooms. Second room was great. 2 bedrooms, 2 baths, kitchen, huge living room. We had a blast. Would definitely stay again.

Complete misrepresentation/ruined our vacation

The property listed was not available upon arrival, because if owners decide to show up, renters get bumped. The management "kindly' moved our stay to a run down hotel on the other end of town, which they advertised as comparable, but not even close. Reached out to the VRBO contact and have had nothing but radio silence or ghosting. Would never book this property again!

Nice

Check in was eazy and fast front desk tells you everything about your stay and location of parking pool and other things you might need thru your stay. Rooms are big and are really nice. Water stains on lamp shades not a nice look also carpet needs to be replaces or really cleaned. Pool is very big get there early to get a spot with shade. Really nice place over all and close to down town area. Recommend this place for families.

Accurate and great price

Overall it was great. The space was perfect for our family size of 2 adults and 4 kids. The price fore the type of room we had was an awesome deal and I compared it to the normal rate and it was a significant difference which gave me more motivation to book the room. The place itself is a little old and the floors/carpet was a little old. But other than that it was great. We hope to stay again next year

Good family fun

This property was great for our family to visit. There was a couple issues with the a/c constantly dripping on the carpet. But management was made aware and they were working out the issue while there. It was a fun place with the water slides and different pools. Overall it was a nice place to stay and close to a grocery store.

Good Value

Great location, spacious, living area, cool pool with bar and grill. We stayed two nights. Air conditioner was not working on the first night. They sent maintenance to help us three times. They couldn’t move us to another room because they were full. Rough to be in Palm Springs at the end of July with an excessive heat warning and a bum air conditioner. The back of our toilet had a leak in our bathroom. But again they sent maintenance ASAP to handle it. Other than these few glitches
 We had a good stay.

Friendly staff, quiet building, nice pool area, lots of parking spaces, feel at home vibe in the rooms, huge balcony. my kids enjoyed their stay. Near downtown which is very cool.

Great Location . . .

Customer service was great. The location was great. The room we stayed in was clean though design was outdated. The need for noise reducing insulation between floors was obvious as footsteps from the room above us were very loud. Walls are thin.

Relaxing Spring Break!

My family and I thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The rooms were large and gave us plenty of space to hang out. Evenings on the deck facing the mountains was so amazing. The pool was lively and the slide so much fun! This area of town is quiet but a very short drive to the bustle of downtown PS. It’s close to the South Lykken trial, which we walked a short way up. The desert flowers were in bloom and it was beautiful! We would definitely stay again. Thank you.

Nice and inexpensive property in the heart of Palm Springs

Nice property for the price. We liked the pool area and the fact that they have a basketball court. Long check-in lines (probably because it was Memorial Day weekend) but front desk did go out of their way to assist us.
