Hi Melissa, I’m sorry you missed the code, but I am honestly happy you had an enjoyable stay overall. We weren’t expecting the pup, but it was sweet nonetheless and we didn’t hear a peep from him/her on our side. When I went to drop off the blanket, your pup was on guard. Every bit of what I would want from my pet in my absence. Glad you made it safely to your next destination!

Hi Kristina, I’m sorry your stay with us wasn’t as pleasant as we always hope our guest’s stay will be! The listing does details the space as it is. We have it listed as loft, master bedroom, and semi private office. There is an entry way that separated the office from the upstairs bedroom. I will take a look to see if Vrbo offers any other options for further clarification, as well. We rely on the platform to disseminate the check-in information to upcoming guests. It is a part of the terms and conditions. I hope the email didn’t bypass your inbox and go into the spam folder. When the property was listed, detailed check-in information was one of the primary fields we needed to complete for the property to be made active. The system then automatically emails the main guest the check-in instructions, 7 days ahead of arrival (or right away, if the space is booked less than 7 days before arrival). I do appreciate you mentioning my prompt response, as soon as your inability to check in was brought to my attention. You’re certainly correct though, it would have been very unprofessional not to send the check-in instructions to you in a timely manner, if I knew the system didn’t do its part. I will get with Vrbo to find out if there was some sort of server or system error that prevented their streamlined process from generating that important email to you. I haven’t had that issue with them before, but certainly don’t want to have it again! Thank you, Trent
