Beautiful view. Perfect Cannon Beach location. Clean and comfortable. Well appointed kitchen. Slightly odd LR furniture layout with TV obstructing small portion of view. I would definitely stay here again.

Beachwood House Rental

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We have been renting this house for a week in September for about 14 years. It is right on the beach on a dead end so only pedestrian traffic. The local elk herd feeds on the dunes quite often. We would have reserved for next year but the owner is contemplating selling the property so reservations are blocked for next year. The management staff were able to find a comparable house in Tolavana, although it is not on the beach. But it is only a block away from a great view of Haystack Rock. We will miss "our" old house but are eager to try out the other house next year.

We absolutely loved staying here. Closer to haystack rock and still close enough to walk downtown. Beach access is phenomenal, can’t beat the view. I didn’t find the beds to be uncomfortable as others have mentioned but the primary was very loud climbing in and out of, but I didn’t lose any sleep over it. One thing I did not realize was that the primary bathroom is shared with the other bedroom downstairs. We come to Cannon Beach every couple of years and had the best time and will definitely try to come back to this rental!!

The location of this house is so amazing. Seconds to the beach with views of Haystack Rock!! The place was clean and the kitchen was well-appointed. The only negative here was the uncomfortable very squeaky beds.

The house was wonderful! Location amazing. I will rent this one again! We particularly liked that while it was ocean front, we did not have cars driving by out front. Some of the other ocean front do.

This place was perfect!The accommodations were everything we needed for people and dogs. We especially appreciated easy access to the beach and the enclosed back yard. We’ve stayed at various locations in Cannon Beach and this was absolutely my favorite by far. Sitting in the front yard watching the ocean or playing in the backyard with the grandkids it was the perfect vacation. Is the home older and may need some updates (kitchen is stunning!), yes but the location and the view make it 100% worth it.If you have smaller children, you would just want to utilize the baby gates, but we had no issues whatsoever. There are also lots of items for us to use as far as beach and children so I would definitely look for them while you’re there. They’re not mentioned on the description but a huge added convenience and we left items there as well for future renters as well.Can’t recommend it enough and the property management company was beyond amazing and so easy to work with.
