The centerpiece of the modern themed bedroom is a lavish, king sized bed with a comfy mattress and linens that promise a restful night's sleep. It has a large closet, plenty of storage space for extended stays. It has black-out curtains, which make it great for sleeping in. Smart TV

√ Ensuite Master Full Bathroom -
Located in the Main Bedroom. Shower / Tub Combo. Shampoo, conditioner, body wash and a hair dryer available for use. Plenty of towels available.

√ Bedroom Two -
This stylish bedroom comes with a queen sized bed with a comfy mattress and linens. It has a large closet and storage space for extended stays.

√ Bedroom Three -
The Mickey and Minnie room has twin size bunk beds!

√ Bedroom Four -
The Lilo and Stitch room has two separate twin beds.

√ Full Guest Bathroom:
Cute Bathroom with a tub/shower combo. Shampoo, conditioner, body wash and a hair dryer available for use. Plenty of towels available.

√ Living Room:
Curl up on the couch and enjoy your favorite show or movie on the screen smart TV. This living room comfortably seats 4 people.

√ Family Room:
Don't want to watch the same movie? The front family room has a futon couch and a Smart TV!

√ Kitchen:
The kitchen is a culinary haven, equipped with everything you need to unleash your inner chef. Whether you're whipping up a meal from scratch or reheating leftovers, you'll find all the tools you need. For coffee enthusiasts, you’ll find a coffee machine with a variety of coffees, and creamers.

√ Dining Space:
We have a picnic style table that can seat 4-6 with two additional seats at the island bar.

√ Pool and Patio:
Screened in patio and pool area for the hot summer days! The pool is not heated, but warms up very quickly in the summer time.
The patio has a built in misting system you can turn on to cool down even if you are not going for a swim. The outdoor patio table sits 4 people. Propane grill available for use as well.

√ Extras:
- Boat ramp for Lake Sears at the front of our community! Bring your water toys!
- Driveway can fit 2-3 vehicles, street parking is available just don't block other driveways.
- Washer and Dryer (supplies included)

While you'll have access to almost the entirety of our delightful space, you do not have access to the garage. It is locked for owner use only.
