Welcome to ‘Anglers Oasis’ – This newly constructed home is located on the Leesville side of Lake Murray. The entire home is newly furnished and full of amenities. Whether you're seeking adventure on the water or relaxation on the deck, our property has everything you need for a rejuvenating getaway.
If you are looking for a relaxing getaway, this home has plenty of options. You can take in the sunset views from the outdoor sectional, lounge on the dock’s gazebo, or take a cruise around Lake Murray. If you like to stay active on your vacation, there is plenty we have to offer. You can play ring toss downstairs, kayak, go on a bike ride, go for a swim in the lake, or golf nearby.

>The space<

1 King Bed, 1 Queen Bed, 1 Full Bed and 1 set of Twin Bunk Beds. The King Bed is located downstairs with a connected private bathroom. The other 3 bedrooms are located upstairs with the Full and Bunk Bed bedroom including a shared bathroom and the Queen bedroom having a private bathroom with a tub. Towels and linens are provided for your convenience.
The kitchen is fully stocked with high end pots and pans, baking set, storage containers, mixing bowls, measuring cup, wine glasses, dishwasher, microwave, full stove, blender, Keurig coffee maker with pods, sugar/sweetener, creamer, and tea.
The living room has a large 50”smart TV, sectional, throw blankets and board games.
The laundry room has a wash machine and dryer combo, basic detergent pods, dryer sheets, extra towels, and lake towels.
The outdoor space is a paradise for those who appreciate the great outdoors. The front door leads to wrap around porch equipped with a mounted fan to cool you down during the summer heat, outdoor sectional, and a dining area for 6. Great area to unwind, sip on a cocktail, and relax. Downstairs, there are 2 swings, dining area for 4, outdoor sink, Weber gas grill, and fun family games to keep you entertained.

PLEASE enter the total number of GUESTS to include PEOPLE/ADULTS/CHILDREN when booking.

You will have access to the entire private home, (excluding a locked closet for Host personal supplies)

FULL ACCESS to the dock, there is a covered gazebo with an extra gas grill, outdoor table, 2 kayaks and provided life jackets.

3 video cameras are located on the outside of the property.

Smoke and carbon monoxide detectors.

First aid kit

Fire extinguisher is located upstairs and downstairs by the grill.

>Other Things to Note<

Booking guests must be a minimum of 25 years of age and identification must be provided.
Check-in time: 4:00pm – Check-out time is 10:00am
Early arrivals and lake departures are available for a small fee, pending availability.
No smoking allowed!! Subject to fines up to $300. Additional charges may be applicable for damages and/or deep cleaning.
This property is not pet friendly. If there is evidence of any undisclosed pets in the home, you will be charged $250 for cleaning + any additional damages.
Quiet hours are from 10PM until 8AM every day of the week. We have zero tolerance for noise complaints. Please be mindful of all neighbors.
Parties, events, or any other activity that disturbs the neighboring properties’ peace and enjoyment are prohibited and may result in eviction without refund.
The boat is not included in this listing, it is rented separately. Please reach out if you are interested in a boat rental and we will assist in getting you set up and the boat delivered to the dock upon arrival.
There is a public boat launch right around the corner at SCE&G #3 or #4
Maintenance personnel (Landscaping, pest control, etc...) may arrive on property during your stay but will do our best to give you a heads up here.
All guests swim at their own risk and are responsible for providing their own life jackets, in the event provided life jackets are not the correct size. Guests may tie their boat off at the dock at their own risk.
Full rules, additional information, Wi-Fi password, restaurant suggestions, etc. are included in the house manual that will be available to you on the VRBO app/website after your reservation is confirmed. We also keep a copy in the house.
