Wonderful location just steps from the beach and immaculate property. The communication leading up to our stay and during our stay was incredible. We had a big group and everyone had a great time. Would absolutely stay there again.

Our group was celebrating a bride to be and everyone totally enjoyed the spacious rooms and on suites with each bedroom! The kitchen was perfect, very spacious and roomy!

2025 Family and Friends trip

Really perfect amount of space nobody was waiting for restrooms. Bedrooms are spacious and bathrooms in with rooms..Kids and adults enjoyed the pool.

We booked Flamingo for a family of 12. It was perfect! We loved how each king suite had a balcony and private bathroom. There was plenty of space for all 6 teenagers. The beach is so close you can hear the waves! It’s in such a great location, just minutes from Destin Commons and not far from the Crab Trap and Pompano Joe’s. Highly recommend staying here!

The location of this property is amazing! Just a block from the beach. The house is huge with many bedrooms including an amazing bunk bed room for the kids! There was so much space and every adult couple had a master suite to stay in. The host communicated with us very quickly and rapidly fixed anything that needed to be addressed. Shopping is very close as well and although the beach closest to the house has only a small public part there are many beautiful beaches close by! This was the perfect family reunion home and we would definitely stay again!

Beautiful Destin

The house was beautiful and clean. The property manager was attentive to all messages sent. It was easy access to the beaches and stores. It was a great stay! I would recommend this house to all!

The kitchen had everything we needed for 20 people, Loved that all the bedrooms had a bathroom,Would have liked it if there would have been more places to set outside.Overall everything was excellent, I would stay there again.

Excellent Property and Location

Great home with fantastic layout (kids at 3rd level, bedrooms on second, and 2 bedrooms on the first floor). Peaceful and not a lot of traffic. Only a few minutes walk from the beach or less than 2 minutes with the golf cart. Home is new, clean, modern. Enjoyed our stay!

Spring break 2025

We had a great stay at Flaningo. We had a group of 16 and the house fit everyone comfortably! Thehouse is super convenient to the beach and shops. The house was also very clean and the kitchen well stocked with everything you could need. Would recommend 10/10!!

Amazing Week With Family

The Flamingo suited our needs just perfectly. The house is well cared for and was spacious enough to accommodate 15 people. The beach was just a short walk to get there and the 6 person golf cart came in handy for loading our coolers and beach chairs. Management was very attentive to any questions or concerns we had and responded immediately. It was a wonderful vacation for our family.

WOW is all I have to say! This property was the first, of all our family vacations, that was able to accommodate to ALL of our needs and request. We traveled with 14 people. Every couple had their own space, their own bathroom, space to park their own cars. The house was bright, clean, and most importantly, stayed cold during the prime summer heat!! 2 minute walk to beach and across the highway from Whole Foods, Publix, Bass Pro Shop, plenty of restaurants! Will DEFINITELY be booking this house next summer!

Great Location

This property couldn’t have been in a better location! A short stroll to the beach was perfect! The bunk room on the 3rd floor was perfect for the children to enjoy and the seating area was near for the adults to watch. The kitchen is stocked with lots of cook wear to make great meals for your family. The only downside is there were not enough towels for everyone to bathe so we had to go purchase some from Walmart. Also, the pool area is small and didn’t have much room for outdoors lounging. However, overall it was a wonderful stay and we would go back!
