Très populaire Condominium Beach Cottage II situé directement sur la plage à Indian Shores! C'est un bâtiment très familial situé sur une belle plage et offre une grande piscine chauffée et des kilomètres de plage magnifique. Cuisine mise à jour et mobilier de salon confortable avec une télévision et un lecteur DVD et une connexion Internet sans fil. Chaque chambre a une reine et un lit double. Cette unité dispose de 3 balcons. Il y a une piscine chauffée, un jacuzzi et des barbecues au bord de la piscine et de la grande terrasse. Près de nombreux bons restaurants!

Enjoyable family stay

Only issues were with the elevator and some of the appliances were not in the best condition (microwave cracked, poorly fit lint trap in dryer, oven missing racks)Still overall a good experience for our family!

Love Beach Cottages!!! We have stayed in this complex for over 15 years. Great location and beach. Management was quick to respond to the one issue we had. Wish the unit came with more beach supplies though.

We inform our tenants upon check-in, to please call us immediately if they find any issues or problems with the property. Also included in our welcome letter to our guests, it states, "When first entering the property, please take a minute to look things over. If you have any questions or concerns about the unit, please call right away. We cannot take care of problems when we do not know they exist."

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This is the third time we have rented a unit at the Beach Cottage II property. The key pick up experience was perfectly executed and the property itself was well maintained as always. The only minor issue was that the hot tub was "hot" the first day then cold for the balance of the week. Unit 2501 although functional was in need of some upgrades especially the guest bathroom. Some small appliances that were not in working order still remained on premise and needed to be replaced. The air conditioning unit was extremely loud and needs to be attended to. To summarize the unit is a little tired and needs some TLC. The last question on survey, I would recommend the property however not unit 2501.

It’s not the most cosmetically updated condo but we didn’t care about that! Beds were comfy! I would suggest adding a TV in the second bedroom we didn’t realize the kids wouldn’t have one.
