Perfect Beach Location

Loved our stay, property looked exactly as listed. Great beach location - easy ocean access. Loved the showers to wash off sand when returning from beach. Will definitely be back.

Amazing overall!

We have already booked this condo for our vacation next year! It’s exactly as described and accurate to the photos. The location was perfect. We had a very comfortable stay and Lauren was quick to respond with anything needed. We can’t wait to return! Highly recommend.

Large roomy living room with great view of the pool, hot tub, ocean. 3-5 minutes to the beach. Nice dining table & bar area. Thank you for sharing your home.

The location of the property was great. It’s on the beach, nice location to the pool, and is in a great neighborhood. Quiet part of the beach, lots of room to spread out. But the rental is not well taken care of. The mattress in the master is worn out with body divots, squeaks with the slightest movement, master has a ant problem that bit us all night, paint pealing off the wall in bathrooms, balcony door does not lock at all, shower has too much water pressure which left bruises, and the unit wasn’t cleaned well with left over hair everywhere and dirty floors. Make sure to take pictures before you leave, owner files insurance claims over cheap repairs they are responsible for. I would not rent again.

Amazing location

We loved our stay at Summerwinds. Our condo was so cozy and the beach theme was perfectly done. The 10 minute walk to the beach was ideal for our family. We will 100% do it again.

Great spot at NC’s best beach

I was lucky enough to spend a lot of my younger years at Indian Beach. Great to go back and see that it now has places like this to stay at. Excellent property with great views and amenities. Beach is steps away. Great host. Would go back in a heartbeat.

Beautiful Condo

Beautifully decorated ocean view condo. We had a wonderful stay despite the rainy weather. Nice new appliances with a full compliment of everything you will need in the kitchen. The owner was very responsive to answer any question. Nice location in the middle of the island.

Lovely condo in a resort like complex

Everything was great during our stay. Our host was always very responsive. The condo was well appointed with newer appliances. Spent every day on the beach. Great location. Will visit again!

Hidden Gem

We had a wonderful summer vacation at this condo! Similar experience to an all-inclusive resort. Highlights for us: The pool (huge and conveniently located), beach (access also convenient), arcade (kids had a blast playing there), host (Ms. Lauren prioritizes comfort and is quick to communicate if needed. A prime example of Southern Hospitality!), cleanliness & comfort. We enjoyed sitting on the balcony in the evenings because we got a nice breeze. Another reviewer was correct in saying the pictures don’t do the property justice. Fort Macon State Park was our favorite outdoor adventure this trip. Our favorite meal came from Plaza Mexico in Emerald Isle. We had such a good time, our daughter teared up when we had to leave.

The condo was amazing! Beautiful, clean, luxurious linens and pillows. The kitchen was well-stocked with everything we needed. My only complaint was smokers at the pool, but they were relatively courteous…

Perfect beachfront condo!

We absolutely loved our stay here this week - every single thing you could ever need was in the condo. Furniture & beds seemed new and were all very comfortable. The view from the porch was lovely - you can watch your kids swim in the pool & hot tub and see the ocean! We can’t wait to go back. Indian Beach is a great middle point on the island - we love to do things at both ends (Emerald Isle & Atlantic Beach) and neither were too far.

Fabulous

We rented this condo for pur family of 4 as a summer vacation. The property is superb very clean and updated with great security, fabulous huge pool and a cafe to order lunch and treats. The beach is right out the door and really everything you need here for a beach and pool vacation. Our owner was super to communicate with and very helpful. We would come back again for sure!

Amazing Stay

Lauren is amazing and the pictures online do not do the property justice. It has such a nice view of the ocean and its right on top of the pool! Lauren was so helpful and nice to my family and I. I am very attention to detail and her high end pieces she has added really do make a positive impact on the home.
