Looking for the perfect Smoky Mountain getaway? "Southern Comfort" is a modern, spacious cabin with 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, and a large bonus game room, offering plenty of room to spread out and relax. With three levels of living space, this cabin comfortably accommodates up to 8 adults, making it ideal for family gatherings or a trip with friends.

★ MAIN LEVEL:
As you step inside, you'll be greeted by a cozy living room featuring a Smart TV, a fireplace, and a comfortable sofa with a queen-size sleeper. The open layout seamlessly flows into the fully stocked kitchen, perfect for cooking up meals together. Large windows flood the space with natural light, giving the cabin an airy, open feel. Step outside through the French doors to one of two wrap-around covered decks, complete with outdoor furniture. Relax on the porch swing with your favorite beverage and take in the fresh mountain air. On this level, you'll find Master Bedroom #1, featuring a king-size bed, an en-suite bath, and a Smart TV. You'll also find the convenience of a washer/dryer on this level.

Head upstairs to discover Master Bedroom #2, featuring a king-size bed, an en-suite bath, and a Smart TV. This room also includes a convenient desk, perfect for catching up on work or planning your next adventure, all while enjoying the peaceful, private atmosphere of your mountain retreat.

★ LOWER LEVEL:
Downstairs is where the fun happens! The game room offers hours of entertainment with a pool table, arcade games, board games, and another Smart TV. There's also a queen sofa sleeper for added flexibility. Head outside from the game room to relax in the hot tub or gather around the fire pit for a cozy evening roasting s’mores.

DRIVING TO THE CABIN. Please note: You are booking a Smoky Mountain vacation and will experience twisty roads. After turning off the highway, the road leading to the cabin is a mix of gravel/asphalt. The last road leading to the cabin is STEEP, it is paved but has some potholes. This is a logging road that is not maintained by the county or city. 4-Wheel Drive/AWD is not necessary but highly recommended in icy or inclement weather conditions. Luxury sports cars are not recommended for a vacation in the mountains. NO REFUNDS will be given for inclement weather or other accessibility issues.

Rates are subject to change until management confirms your reservation.

All guests must be 21+ with the exception of children with their parents/guardians. (Please check prior to booking if you do not meet this age restriction. We do evaluate on a case by case basis)

8 Human Maximum. If you bring more humans than accounted for on your reservation we will charge you $100 per human over said number.

There are outdoor cameras in place for your protection. If you touch or tamper with the cameras you will be asked to leave the property immediately. This is for your protection!

The cabin is in the woods. You will likely see and hear critters. There is no attic. If a squirrel crawls on the roof you will hear it. If it’s raining you will hear it. If you see a bear during your stay whether in the community or in the street do not feed it. Stay away from it. They are dangerous. Bears are RARE!

The hot tub is for guests 18+ and children WITH adult supervision. The hot tub is all ready to go and should be set no lower than 95 or more than 104 degrees at all times. Alcohol is not allowed near the hot tub. You are not allowed to use the hot tub if you have consumed alcohol or you are pregnant. Use the hot tub AT YOUR OWN RISK!

No late check-out or early check-in. Sometimes early/late check-in and check-out can be accommodated for a fee of $25/hr.

No refunds for weather/natural disasters/power outages/other things that are beyond our control.

We have stocked the cabin with some start-up supplies. However, you will likely need to supplement with your own during your stay. We appreciate that our guests take good care of the home we have set up, and we do ask that you use only what you need during your stay. Condiments, zip locks, charcoal, and coffee are NOT provided

Absolutely no fires inside the cabin! Unauthorized fires (including candles) will be charged $100 plus damages. Please use only the fireplace (April - October per county regulations).

No smoking of any kind, $100 fine.

Quiet time is 10:00pm - 8:00am. If you are a night owl this property is NOT for you.

By confirming your reservation all parties hereby agree to adhere to the Rental Agreement.
