If you choose to cancel your reservation, our standard cancellation policy will apply. In addition, please note that payment processing fees are non-refundable. Guests have full access of the main house, front yard, and backyard. Guests also have access to the office in the studio, but not the main part of the studio.

It`s located just blocks away from the beach, offering easy access to sun-soaked shores and stunning sunsets. It is recommended to have a car, but uber / lyft / taxi is always available.

1. All reservations are given a $500 utilities allowance, BUT ALSO we require a $1,000 utilities deposit. This extra deposit will cover any utilities (water, gas, electric), that goes above $500. Whatever is not used from this deposit is returned to you after your stay.

DAMAGE INSURANCE FEE: All reservations are subject to an $89 Damage Protection Fee, which covers accidental damages incurred during the stay. This fee safeguards guests against additional charges for qualifying damages, providing a streamlined and worry-free experience.

Guests who cancel within the applicable cancellation window will receive a full refund, minus any transaction or processing fees charged by payment platforms or software providers.
