🚪 Sliding Door: Please note that the sliding door may be a bit hard to close. The unit—and the building as a whole—is scheduled to receive all new sliding doors and windows. However, since these are special order, the replacement process takes about 3 months. We appreciate your understanding, and in the meantime, you may need to use a bit of extra effort when closing the door.
🅿️Parking: It is designed for small vehicles. Medium to large cars will not fit comfortably and will likely cause inconvenience to you and other guests. If you’re bringing a larger vehicle, please use the public parking lot behind the property instead.
🗣️ Noise Notice: Potential noise from building construction next to our property (not ongoing but may occur during your stay). If there`s any construction during your stay, just a heads up that they may start as early as 7:00 AM, which is legal in San Diego. While we will do our best to request the neighbor to start at a more reasonable hour, this is ultimately out of our control.
Please also understand that we cannot anticipate when construction will happen, as we respect our neighbor`s privacy. It’s not a common practice for property owners to give advance notice, and we don’t expect them to. Since this building has 3 separate units, you may also hear some noise from other guests. We always remind everyone to observe quiet hours and be respectful. We kindly ask for your understanding and hope you don’t take this against us.
⚠️Shared Amenities: Guests have access to shared amenities, including the BBQ grill, hot tub, and fire pit. Please also note that parking is shared—each unit is allocated 1 parking space, and the garage is shared among all guests. Kindly be mindful and only use the spot assigned to your unit.
🤫Quiet Hours: We strictly observe quiet hours from 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM. Thank you for helping us maintain a peaceful environment for everyone.

☀ The home has an exterior security camera (facing boardwalk + alley). It is not located inside the home.
☀We have an additional rental agreement that is required to be signed after booking your reservation. We also collect a copy of your government ID/license as required by our insurance company to have on file. We reserve the right to cancel reservations if these requirements are not met within 24 hours of booking.
☀ Unexpected circumstances happen - we HIGHLY recommend purchasing travelers insurance to protect your stay. No exceptions can be made to the cancellation policy or refund policy.
☀ All reservations are subject to a non-refundable 8% credit card processing fee even if reservation is refund-eligible. No parties, large gatherings or unauthorized guests. Maximum occupancy for this property is 4 people. There shall be a minimum fine of $500 for this violation. 2. No smoking, drugs or illegal substances anywhere on property. There shall be a minimum fine of $1,000 for this violation. 3. Quiet hours 10pm-8am. Be respectful of neighbors and keep noise levels down at night. There shall be a minimum fine of $500 for this violation. 4. Must be 25 years and older to book. 5. No pets allowed on property unless specifically stated in the listing; there shall be a minimum fine of $500 for this violation. If pets are stated in the listing, then the following rules apply: Maximum 2 dogs allowed on the property. $250 pet fee for the first pet and $150 for the second pet. No other species allowed. Please refrain from pets on beds/furniture and dispose of pet waste from property or an additional $200 cleaning fee will be applied. 6. Please checkout on time. A $100 late fee will be applied for every 30 minutes guests are late passed checkout time. 7. A $200 replacement fee will be applied for missing remotes, keys or other items from the property. A $50 processing fee will be applied to ship back personal items left behind. 8. No shipping packages to the property. You may ship to local shipping centers for pickup only. Shipped packages will be returned to sender with a $50 processing fee. 9. We highly suggest purchasing travel insurance to protect guest’s reservations. No exceptions can be made to the cancellation and refund policy for unforeseen events or unfortunate circumstances. 10. Very clean, plenty of supplies for cooking and extra bedding.
We spent most of our time on the ocean side beaches It was an easy walk . The neighborhood was beautiful and quiet.
We could not figure out the pull out bed and no hot water in kitchen.
Everything else was perfect. I highly recommend.

We had high hopes for this rental, but unfortunately several issues made the stay less enjoyable than expected. On the positive side, the property management host was extremely responsive and helpful throughout our visit, and the fire pit worked perfectly. That said, many of the home’s advertised amenities did not function properly.•The hot tub, which was a main reason we booked this property, was essentially unusable for most of our week-long stay. The jets only worked sporadically at first, and then the tub stopped heating and circulating entirely by Friday. Despite the obvious impact on our experience, no partial refund was offered—only a late check-out, which felt insufficient.•The ice maker was broken. The host did arrange for regular ice deliveries, but this was still inconvenient.•The freezer never reached a proper temperature—our ice cream melted.•The garbage disposal was weak, and the living room blinds were broken.•The shower door didn’t close fully, leading to water escaping onto the bathroom floor.•The BBQ grill technically worked but the grates were in such poor shape that it needs serious repair.•Kitchen supplies were uneven—plenty of pots but only one small and one medium pan for cooking.•No dustpan was provided, which made cleaning up sand difficult given the beach location.Overall, while the host’s attentiveness was appreciated, the condition of the property and the lack of willingness to refund any portion of the stay made this a di
