Outstanding

We decided to go to Coronado and I picked this house because of the outstanding reviews. The property is amazing. You can walk to many good restaurants and beaches. Patrick is amazing and does everything possible so you cam enjoy the stay. The house has everything you can think of including, bikes, beach chairs, and even a beach bag. Highly recommend!!!!

We had a wonderful family reunion here! This is a beautiful home in a perfect location - we walked or rode bikes everywhere. We couldn’t have asked for more - we look forward to returning!

Awesome stay in Coronado! Patrick is a wonderful host who made our stay enjoyable and went out of his way to make everything from check-in to check-out fantastic! We were getting in later at night and he even offered to bring some coffee and breakfast items for our morning. Great guy!

Coronado Perfection

This house is beautiful, cozy, comfortable, spacious, and in a prime location. Close to all things Coronado and SD. Pat and Julianne were great hosts, available to answer any questions we had. Way better than ever imagined...

We used this home for a non-profit strategic planning retreat. There were 4 of us, so the bedroom layout worked well and the common areas were exactly what we needed for productive meeting space. The house is a quick two block walk to the Del Coronado and the beach. We were able to use the bikes one of the days to ride around town. Downtown San Diego is a stones throw away if you need to be close to there for any reason, which we did. I'd definitely come back for a stay with family or friends! Thanks so much for the hospitality, Patrick. It could not have been any better!

If you can’t be happy here, you can’t be happy anywhere.

Pat was a fantastic host. He was straightforward to deal with, welcoming and thorough with his explanation of how things work in this beautiful home. The pictures do not do this property justice! From the sensational views from the rooftop deck, to the comfortable beds and bedrooms with all the necessities of home. The house has plenty of room so you will never feel like you are crowded. The kitchen is fully stocked with all the supplies you could desire. There is aa awesome outside sitting area with a gas fireplace where we spent the majority of our time. The house is in a perfect location in a quiet neighborhood in close proximity to all the action and the beach. We enjoyed fabulous food in nearby Little Italy (SanDiego) at Ironside (seafood) and Bencotto (Italian). I would highly recommend both and I am a foodie! Miguel’s Cocina has good Mexican in walking distance from the house. There are 5-6 bikes for your use to cruise around and explore the island. Don’t miss a stop at Coronado Brewing Company for a beer and get your food from the great market across the street, Boney’s Bayside Market. Look no further! I would highly recommend staying here and hope I will return sooner than later.

THE BEST!!!!

We rented Patrick’s house for our girls trip and it was PERFECT!!! The location was ideal, close to the beach and restaurants. House was well stocked and immaculate. We enjoyed the use of the bicycles to ride around town as well as the outdoor fireplace. All around I could not have imagined staying anywhere else!! Thank u so much Patrick!!!

Amazing house!

We LOVED this house! It was a great location close to the Del and shops. Two patios with lots of outdoor seating. The house itself was super spacious, clean, and well stocked with everything we needed. Pat was extremely helpful and was out of town when we got in but stopped by just to make sure we didn’t need anything or have questions when he got back. We’d go back in a heartbeat!

Beautiful home in a quiet neighborhood in Coronado.

This was our first experience with a renting a home in Coronado. Pat, the owner, made certain his home was ready for our family. He gave me a complete tour and and was available for any questions. Everything was clean and very neat. The home is well maintained and our family felt very comfortable. We fell in love with the outside patio and spent most of our time together there. It's view of Glorietta Bay, the cool ocean breeze and the sounds of the wind chimes made it a lovely spot to sit and talk over morning coffee or by the fire pit a night. It was a wonderful break from the desert heat. Our vehicles stayed parked and we walked and biked to our destinations. We hope to return next year and spend more time.

Pat’s home is everything you want! Spacious, comfortable, clean and very well stocked. Lots of time was spent on the patio and enjoying the bikes! Would highly recommend and would definitely hope to return. Very conveniently located within walking distance to everything.

Perfect, Perfect, Perfect!

The house was exactly as described and very clean. The kitchen was well appointed and more than met our needs. The outside deck with a fire pit was delightful place for our morning coffee and evening wine. Lovely extension to a beautiful house. Was an easy walk to the main street of Coronado to enjoy the shops and a stroll thru the Hotel del Coronado. Pat was very easy to work with and look forward to a return visit.

Awesome

My family (4 adults and 5 children) recently spent a week here. Pat went out of his way to accommodate our large group - very personable and nice. The home was more than we ever imagined - lots of space and very clean. It was great having all the fresh air but coming from Phoenix, this element was an adjustment to make. The location was perfect - close to shopping, beaches, and the marina. We found a great little place down the street with the best ice cream called "Moo's". I would definitely recommend this property and would like to come back for another stay.

Priceless trip to Coronado

This is our second visit to this wonderful home . The owner really is a special person who has one thing in mind ....it's to satisfy his tennants and to make their stay as pleasent as possible. The accomidations were outstanding. It take about 5 minutes to walk to the Dell Coronado Hotel and the awesome beach. If you drive to town ....you will not need your car. Everything is in perfect walking distance. Again ..I cannot express enough how wonderful our stay was, Thanks Pat (owners name) YOU ROCK

Absolutely Incredible!

My husband, daughter and I stayed here recently with some friends of ours. Let me say we were blown away from the moment we arrived! The owner was more than accommodating and made himself available to answer any questions we had. The location was perfect! It was only a short walk to the beach and the Del, as well as the restaurants and shops along Orange Avenue. The house itself was spacious and clean, and we loved having the windows open to enjoy the cool breezes. The patio was like another living area with plenty of seating around the gas powered fire pit -- we had it on every night! The kitchen was a dream to cook in the few times we didn't go out. Without a doubt this is one of the best vacation homes on the island!

AWESOME ......It get no better than this !

My wife and I spent our anniversary here and couldn't believe how wonderful this home feels. Completely remodeled and it has the finest of the finest. The pictures are good ....but you must see this home to totally appreciate all that it has to offer. A very short walk to the Del Coronado Hotel...and the the beach. Park your car at the house and walk everywhere.. Great cozy places to eat too. The owner couldn't have been any nicer .....very personable ...very accommodating. You won't go wrong renting this special place. As you can tell we LOVED it! We have already made arrangements to return very very soon. Treat yourselves to a true gem
