The location is perfect. It is a super simple walk to the beach, and the view of the ocean is even better than I expected from the pictures. The unit itself needs some updates for sure, and while it wasn’t dirty by any means, it didn’t feel truly clean. The appliances in the kitchen are great, and it is very spacious! However, we were not aware that there isn’t a wall or door or anything upstairs so if our kids (6 and 8) were any older, we would have needed more privacy. For the location, you can’t beat the price. It’s perfect for a last minute long weekend getaway when you don’t want to spend a lot of money.

Great location and an excellent stay

The checkin process was great, had to call to get directions- but they were so nice and stayed on the phone until we got to the correct location! Much appreciated ! The place was cute, clean, great view and approximately 300 stars from the white sand and beautiful water. Would definatly stay there again!

Condo was dated looking , particularly bathroom. Needs fresh coat of paint in bath room as well as a good cleaning of baseboards , etc. Layout is poor with the only bathroom downstairs with bedroom upstairs. I have never seen that before. There was only 1 roll of toilet tissue in the bathroom, which thankfully we checked before we went to the store to make sure there was more. Never seen that before either. The location was great, and access to the beachh was perfect, pool was very nice, it I would not stay in this unit again.

Last Week of Summer

We fell in love with Beachfront II - all photos are accurate and the pool/hot tub area is phenomenal. You get a slight view of the ocean and the walk to the beach is so easy. We loved being on the 3rd floor with the loft bedroom. We want to return again and again.

Great Location

Beachfront Beach II

This property was exactly as described in the listing. It was clean when we arrived. The grounds of the property are meticulously maintained, and the pool area was nice. The property is nestled between two of the area’s dune lakes (we saw some deer grazing one morning). The unit was perfect for two people.

Good long weekend beach trip.

4th of July fun!

All in all, ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️. The condo was seemingly clean. We had one little mishap, but they communicated well and we went on with our trip. We were excited to see there’s an in-house washer/dryer!! The location is our favorite!!

Seagrove beachfront 2 condo

Overall it was excellent. Our condo was on the 3rd floor but thankfully there was an elevator. We had a partial view of the ocean from the living room and balcony. This condo had a loft bedroom and bathroom was downstairs don’t eat a lot of watermelon before you go to bed lol.

Efficiency studio

The unit could use a little TLC. More lighting (particularly the stairs since the bedroom is up and bathroom is down) and replace all non-functioning bulbs. Otherwise the pool and hot tub were great! Sufficient for our short stay.

Kids love the lights in the pool and hot tub at night. Overall, we love this place and will return. Perfect stay for two at 30A

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The rental was just as described. There was a full kitchen, with an unexpected combination washer and dryer. We were able to make lunch and breakfast at the rental with ease. The unit was steps from the beach, and very quiet. We loved the location! First time at 30A, and we will definitely be back. Only recommendation is a possible night light for those steps downstairs from the loft, as they can be tricky to navigate in the middle of the night. Thanks again.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: It was the third year in a row we’ve stayed at Beachfront II. Perfect location close to the beach. The pool was closed for construction. They should have informed us and maybe given us a discount as well. There was no blanket for the sofabed but the property management brought one the next day. Overall we love the condo and the area.
