We sincerely apologize for the inconvenience caused by the internet issue. Unfortunately, the problem could not be resolved by our internal team, so we reached out to the third-party service provider to address the issue. While we would have preferred for everything to be resolved before your arrival, we have no control over their work schedule. We understand how important reliable internet is for our guests, and that is why we provided the Wi-Fi information for the nearest condo as a temporary solution. We are glad this worked for you initially, but we regret that it stopped functioning after a few days. We are sorry you had to rely on your phone company for data and a hotspot. Please know that our team is actively working with the third-party provider to ensure this issue is resolved and will not affect future stays. Beachside Condo has it all. Location, décor and just has a great home away from home feel! We apologize that you experienced some issues during your stay, however. We provide all our guests a “starter pack” when it comes to toiletries. We leave 1 roll of toilet paper per bathroom, 1 roll of paper towels in the kitchen and the trashcans all get 1 liner.
