Unlike many rentals that charge extra for every guest after the first six, our base rate includes up to 12 guests at no additional cost. We believe in providing a premium experience for large families and groups without the `sticker shock.`
For very large groups (up to 15 guests), a modest per-person fee applies to the 13th, 14th, and 15th guests. This allows us to provide the extra linens, towels, and the increased maintenance required for our luxury amenities—including our brand-new 7-person hot tub—ensuring every guest enjoys a 5-star experience from the moment they arrive!

This is processed as a temporary hold and is fully released within 14 days of departure, provided no damages occur.

*Allergy-Friendly/No Pets: This is a strictly pet-free, allergy-friendly home. No pets are permitted.

*Trash Disposal: All trash must be disposed of at the designated community trash site. Never leave trash outside the unit. Trash left behind will result in a $50 removal fee.
