Located just east of downtown, it`s home to a mix of well-preserved historic homes and newly constructed ones. It has excellent proximity to downtown San Antonio, the Riverwalk, the Pearl District, and the historic Alamo. It`s a family-friendly neighborhood with new and tenured residents alike.



We treasure our neighborhood, but understand that it may not be suitable for all guests. Like most downtown areas in major cities, you may notice high foot traffic and road construction. Rest assured, we have never experienced issues with safety. As an extra precaution and peace of mind, we equipped our home with 24/7 exterior surveillance and a security system with live monitoring. We also provide complimentary earbuds and white noise machines in every bedroom.
