The property was extremely close to the horse show grounds. It was perfect for two adults. The property was extremely clean, and the host was very responsive.

Great location and cozy 1 bedroom

The condo was easy to get to in a great location close to many bars and restaurants also an easy drive to the stockyards. It was clean and the pool area was nice! Gated parking with your own parking spot was also very nice.

Enjoyable stay in the Fort Worth area

Perfect place for my short stay, extremely convenient central location and I loved the pool. Melvin was very responsive and supplied more than enough of everything we could need.

Enjoyed myself

I am from Alaska and the host was so great he ordered snow for my stay(LOL). Will rent again but in the summer time so I can use the pool.

We stayed at this apartment for TCU family weekend and it was very convenient to great restaurants and the Cultural District. The kitchen was very clean and had a tea pot which I never expect but am happy to find when I do! Yeah! My husband enjoyed the convenience of the coffee station. The bed was comfortable and the air condition worked very well! We liked how close the apartment was to the pool because we felt like we were part of a community during our visit. The photos were accurate! The parking space was easy to find!

This place could have been 5 stars if the host would spend a little time on maintenance. I think I was so dissatisfied because it was not as clean as it should have been. I accidentally broke a coffee cup and ended up sweeping up my mess as well as clumps of hair and dust balls in the hall beside the kitchen. None of the glass, mirrors appear to have been cleaned for some time. It has great potential of being a really cute place but failed in so many ways.

The air conditioning unit in the bedroom closet is taped shut and rattles and makes a lot of noise. There were small noticeable things throughout that could be fixed to make the property seem nicer.

The property was advertised with a focus on the pool and hot tub access. We had neither. The instructions for the property and amenities are minimal. When we ran into issues with accessing the pool/hot tub the host was not helpful. She answered the initial call and said she would contact property management, but then sent subsequent calls to voicemail and never responded by message or phone. Since that was our main reason for choosing this property over others, we were very disappointed. The property is basic. Good location to points of interest. Can be noisy some nights. You can only get to the bathroom through the bedroom. The bathroom needs more towel hooks or bars. No check out instructions. I travel a lot for business and personal reasons and I wanted to give this property a better rating. It has a lot of potential.

Condo needs a dehumidifier, also light bulbs need to be replaced. The inter net was frustrating and

Internet horrible, lightbulbs to be replaced, Roku was hanging from tv . Had to be propped up to work. Was cutting in and out. The very last night my vehicle was broken into , starting column broken , jammed open my doors, escort radar detector stolen, and 3 pair of raybahn sunglasses were also taken. I would have given a better review until the break in on my truck. Come to find out the location is next door to government housing and drug addicted residents. Not a safe location with all the crime and theft sourounding this complex. Especially for a single female.

Additionally, no police report was filed in connection with the matter. Please note that our property is gated with a secure access code and is located adjacent to a senior living facility, which is a quiet and secure area. Based on the footage and condition of the vehicle upon arrival, it appears the damages were pre-existing. We recommend contacting your insurance provider to assist you further. We also observed multiple violations of our house rules during your stay. While we understand your frustration, it’s disappointing to receive a negative review based on an incident that neither occurred on our property nor was within our control. We strive to provide a safe and pleasant experience for all our guests and take all concerns seriously.

Apt in Fort Worth

We got incomplete check in instructions, we could get in the gate to the apartment complex but had no code to get into the apartment itself. I ended up having to call the apartment manager, The apt was very clean, but could use a little bit of sprucing up in the bedroom and bathroom with nicer bed linens and bedroom rug. Nicer bath towels. Toaster in the kitchen would be awesome. Also, written instructions on how to get into the locked swimming pool at the apt complex. I had to call to find out how to get in there. As a VRBO host myself, I never want my guests to have to call me for any pertinent info. I want to provide complete instructions via the VRBO app and in our provided guest book. Positives were comfy bed and nice shower. A/C worked great. The apt is very close to Dickies Arena, which was nice.

Well this is my first property so i do appreciate the feedback. As a host like yourself you know how bad ratings affect the flow of business. I doible checked & The code to the door was included in the check in instructions. I wish u could have communicated any inconveniences that u may have had so i could of assisted. I personally have no problem communicating with guest via phone for fast responses.

The condo was in a great location for everything we wanted to do. Unfortunately, we did not have access to the pool and hot tub which was the main reason we chose this condo. At first, communication was very good, but the problem was never fixed and communication eventually ceased completely We did get compensation for the cleaning fee, but that feels inadequate.

I really do apologize for your experience. The property manager had disabled our pool key fob. It was out of my control at that point in time. You are the last guest at complex for this exact reason. We are moving the property to a new & updated location. If there is anything else i could do to make it more adequate please feel free to private message me.
