Les Ă©quipements de cette unitĂ© comprennent un canapĂ©-lit, une cheminĂ©e Ă  gaz, une tĂ©lĂ©vision connectĂ©e, un lecteur DVD, une connexion Wi-Fi gratuite et une cuisine pleine grandeur. Good location, outdated condo

Our stay was ok. Positives were that we were super close to the gondola and center village, only a 5 minute walk. The place was dated but clean. Negatives were you could hear EVERY footstep from the condo above and the pullout mattress is TERRIBLE and needs to be replaced or not advertised as a bed.

Ski trip

Nice Condo, very clean, well decorated. No place to find quarters in Copper Mountain to do a load of laundry. It was a long haul to carry ski equipment to center village.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Kitchen was well set up to cook, the fireplace was cozy, bed comfortable. There were enough towels & blankets, and we appreciated the provided box fans (though didn't need them, as the thermostat control was great). Walk out the door and you're on the ski slopes (though you do have to pole/cross-country a bit to get to a real lift).Obviously this is not a highly updated unit if that matters to you, but we had an amazing stay, loved the location, and would absolutely stay again.

Great location with good ski storage and nice amenities

Hide a bed very uncomfortable. I wish the listing was more clear that there was only one bed and no laundry. Otherwise it’s a great location and the amenities were very nice. We enjoyed our stay and would recommend to friends.

Great location, clean, everything we needed...

We enjoyed the stay. The condo was clean and mostly comfortable. We had a few issues. We arrived after hours, which was ok, but were surprised the check in info was in an unsecursed box outside of the management office. Our condo was also difficult to find after dark, with few or no directions at the condo facility. The bed was extremely firm.

Close to lifts, perfect condo for couples to ski Copper

Excellent condo, love the easy ski-in/ski-out access. The heated garage was wonderful, the kitchen had everything needed and it was an easy walk to Center Village in the evening. The management company was very helpful. Recommended. My only complaint was the "Klompen Family" that stayed in the condo above. Thankfully they were quiet after about 9:30pm until 7ish in the morning. I think the kids kept the ski boots on the entire time. There is not much noise insulation between floors.

Great except for the most important factor

Great place to stay overall except for the bed. It sank in so much that we were unable to sleep well for the entire 4 nights of stay. Tried turning the bed, taking off the mattress pad etc but no solution. Made enjoying skiing harder when not able to get a good nights rest. Except for the bed, everything else was good

The units are as described, well maintained, and clean. The Laundry Room for TMH is clean and all the machines worked properly. Hopefully the hot tub will be renovated soon.

The location is a close walk to the center of Copper Village and has underground covered parking. Well furnished and everything in good working condition. Feels like a cabin in the woods!

It is situated at the southern (far) end of center village and the view is of the forest. I felt it was a peaceful, quiet location for a non-ski season stay. Neighbors were friendly and staff was very helpful and friendly. I had a few maintenance requests and those were met. I would defintely stay again (and am fact am thinking of it!). Nicest place I have ever stayed!

It is well kept and clean, with some nice updates. This is indeed a ski-in unit via a short blue run (Frankies Fave). "Walk-out" per the property description means about a 3 minute walk up a hill to a point where you can put your skis on to ski down to the Eagle Lift. Going over to the Super Bee is a comparable level of effort, assuming you take advantage of the Button Lift in the nearby beginner area (Green Acres). It is a convenient location. We were not able to park in the garage under the building as clearance was too low (I recall it was 6'-8"). This was a bit of a surprise to us (no mention of low clearance in descriptions), but management provides access to an adjacent overflow garage. This is an older building with narrow and steep stairs. This combined with parking a little further away made for inconvenient unloading/loading. We did not see the elevator listed in the description. The laundry room is not what we thought it would be, tucked in the garage below the building. We did not see the fitness center, nor any mention of it in the check-in packet (weren't going to use it anyway, but its curious). The sofa bed was functional and good enough for the kids, but uncomfortable even by sofa bed standards (and I own one). The unit has electric heat and was very dry (~20% humidity). We found two humidifiers in the closet that we were very grateful for. I only wish we'd noticed these our first night. The bed in the master was comfortable, but the pillows were not: super thin. If I had one suggestion, it would be to get new pillows aligned with hospitality standards. I do not recommend cooking anything on the range that creates odors/grease. We cooked some turkey bacon our first morning and found out that, while the microwave has a vent, it appears that this was not connected to an exterior vent, but rather just blows back into the room. Could not find hot pads for the oven, used a dish towel.

Reviewer Comments: The sofa sleeper was so horrible we put the lumpy foam mattress on the floor and stepped over it the entire trip. The king mattress was AWFUL with HUGE body impressions on both sides. The extra blankets were crunchy and smelled OLD. Bathroom wasbelow average with cheap hard soap and very cheap shampoo. this is a 3 star room that is very tired with ZERO money spent to keep it nice. ALSO- there are power strips all over to accommodate for the broken and worn out outlets. THe power strips are a fire hazard. This cost me $2100 for 3 nights. The garage is filthy and dark. without a garbage can and NO CARTS for hauling gear/groceries.

Comfortable but needs some updates

Property was as described. That said, a couple of small updates and repairs are needed. Not a fan of foam mattresses and this one was no exception. Felt like I had to "climb" to center of the bed, just not very comfortable. The shower needs a repair. Pressure was low and water was rushing out of the faucet instead of the shower head. But nice and quiet retreat, very clean.

Lovely property spoiled only by the endless noise from above

This was a very clean, neat, convenient property of just the right size for our family of three. The shower needs minor attention (the diverted in the faucet cannot handle the pressure of a low volume shower head and most of the hot water sprays your feet), but otherwise we had no issues at all with the place. Would even consider buying something similar if not for the tenants upstairs who carried on until 3am each night like a herd of angry buffalo. I appreciate that this is no fault of the owners, but the building should enforce some sort of quiet after 11 rule or something.
