Welcome to our serene waterfront home, perfectly situated on the beautiful Kings Bay in the heart of Crystal River, Florida! Whether you're looking to explore the area's famous manatee encounters, cast a line in the world-class fishing waters, or simply unwind by the water, this is the ideal spot for your next getaway. Oh, and let's not forget about scalloping! Plenty of dock space to bring your boat. Kayaks included!! We provide 4-single and 1-double kayak as part of your stay.

This is a 3-Bedroom 2.5 bath home. There is a king bed in the master bedroom and two queens in the 2nd bedroom and one queen in the 3rd bedroom.

Scalloping paradise

Such a perfect house for our group. Spacious, very clean, had everything one could need. The host was super responsive, and left a beautiful welcome basket. Lots of games for the kiddos and adults. Easy to dock our boat. I would recommend this place over and over.

Beautiful rental home

Waterfront location - easy access to Kings Bay springs and less than 30 minutes to scalloping and fishing. owner manager is very responsive. Definitely would rent again.

Family vacation in Crystal River

The good: Beds are very comfortable. Kitchen well equipped. Vey nice setting on the canal. Lots of birds. You can use up to 5 kayaks for free.The bad: Two new houses are being built right now, one opposite the road and one on the same side, one house away. 3 out of 7 days there was a lot of construction noise starting 8 a.m.. We understand that hurricanes can destroy houses and that they have to be rebuilt, but we would have appreciated to be informed before we booked. Lots of flies in the evening, impossible to sit outside after 6 p.m.

Perfect spot for our yearly trip to Crystal River

Josh & Erica’s place was perfect for our stay. Communication and support from the hosts was exceptional and Josh went out of his way to accommodate every need and concern. Arrival and check in was a breeze. Pictures do not do it justice! Beds were comfy, shading in bedrooms was perfect to catch some sleep even after the sun was rising. The ping pong table was the perfect place to spir some fun family competition! Thank you!

Short winter get away

This was a wonderful property! Clean, up to date, well stocked. Really enjoyed the back dock and use of the kayaks! Tried fishing off dock- no luck.Very convenient to all our activities and good restaurants.Josh very easy to work with and very responsive before and during our stay.

Better Than Described

This house was immaculate, newly renovated, furnished for a great gathering, beds were comfortable and an awesome well supplied kitchen. Open floorpan is ideal for viewing the 75 inch TV in Great Room. Air conditioned Sun Room is a perfect place for morning coffee and afternoon adult beverage. Dock was perfect for boat with easy access to the river and 30 minute ride to Gulf. It is a short paddle to the springs. Quiet neighborhood and plenty of parking for 4 vehicles. This house is better tan described in write up. The owner, Josh provided me info for putting boat in water and answered very promptly. Josh, you have done an excellent job in providing an awesome experience for your renters. Thanks and I will be back!

Crystal River House

The house was beautiful. Very clean. Great location. The back porch was very nice and relaxing. The backyard was peaceful. The canal was off the bay so there was no boat traffic. Rarely even saw the nieghbors. Was a very nice property.

Great Location for a boat vacay

Brought our 21ft bay boat for the first time not staying at The Plantation and was absolutely satisfied with the house and the location! Canal stayed at about 3 ft deep at dead low and the exit out was easy. Will definitely stay again

Alligator Alley

Four friends stayed at this property for about a week - it was a great experience. The house had everything we needed and was comfortably furnished. The manager promptly responded the two times we called and took care of the problem within a short time. We enjoyed being on the canal so we could easily slip our kayaks into the water and paddle out to the bay. We were a short drive away from a lovely public beach, several great restaurants and a charming town center with shops. An unforgettable experience: the nuisance gator removal squad came out to remove a 10 foot long alligator who, we later found out, had been hanging out in the canal in front of our house. The water was murky and we didn't see the gator. Fortunately we decided to go swimming at the public beach NOT the canal! We will happily stay here again when we're in that part of Florida.

Working Vacation

Saw dolphins swim down the canal 2x, and a manatee one day. Short distance to Three Sisters Springs to see the 100s of manatee during the Winter months. Took the kayaks twice and it was so peaceful. Great spot, would return.

Cute and clean home

We visited Crystal River to see the manatees. The house was clean and easy to navigate. The kitchen is incredibly well stocked, which was a big help for us. We’d hoped to see manatees in the water off the dock but didn’t in our 3 days there. Maybe it was too cold?? That was a bummer but everything else about the house was great.

Great getaway!

The best location, so much nature and wildlife! Saw dolphins right behind house, caught fish from the dock, saw manatees in Kings Bay every day. Can't wait to return. Highly recommend.
