If you’re looking for a beautiful property for a family getaway this summer where you can create memories, this is it! Enjoy breakfast in the kitchen nook and dinner in the dining room, which seats up to 8, while soaking in the sun and cool air with meals on the patio. There’s an office, too, so you can get work done while watching the kids on the patio or backyard. The living room has a full couch with a wide window that lights up the whole house. Note there is no A/C, but we do provide fans, and we haven’t had issues as long as you keep the doors open as it lets in the cool air.

As for location, you’re a 5-minute walk from Princess Park, where you can do some light hiking or play tennis. Or, for a bigger adventure, you’re 15-20 minutes from about 30 hiking trails in north Vancouver, including Grouse and Port Moody Lake. For sightseeing, you’re 15 minutes from Capilano Bridge and 45 minutes from sea to sky. It is even close to Whistler, for the most beautiful drive you’ve had, with mountains on one side and the ocean on the other, while just across the bridge from downtown Vancouver and Stanley Park.

Each TV has Roku and Netflix, and you have TVs in 2 of 3 BRs and a living room! This property is in a quiet neighborhood on the upper part of the mountains close to Lonsdale, the shipyards, the sea bus, and the seawall, so you truly had the best of both worlds. You’re close to areas for activities while quiet and peaceful surroundings are available for your home to create amazing memories together.
