Hi Brian, Thank you very much for your nice review, very happy to read that you enjoyed your stay and had a good time in my villa. You are warmly welcome back next year! :) Thank you, Peo Olsson

Hi Sarah, Thank you for your feedback. We’re sorry to hear that your stay did not fully meet your expectations. We take cleanliness and maintenance very seriously, which is reflected in our track record of over 130 guest reviews, many of which specifically highlight the high standard of our housekeeping and the condition of the property. Because of this, your experience is not representative of the consistent level of quality we aim to provide. We did not receive any reports of these issues during your stay, and we always encourage guests to contact us immediately if something is not up to standard so we can address it right away. Had we been informed, our local team would have responded promptly to resolve any concerns, including the pool and housekeeping items you mentioned. As noted in our listing, the villa is a privately owned, self-catered vacation home. You also mentioned this was your first time staying in a private villa rather than a hotel. While we strive to provide a clean, comfortable, and well-maintained environment, there are naturally some differences compared to a full-service hotel experience. That said, we appreciate you bringing these points to our attention, and we will review them with our management and cleaning teams to ensure standards continue to be upheld. We’re glad to hear you otherwise enjoyed your time in Florida and wish you all the best in your future travels. Kind regards, Peo Olsson
