Nestled in the heart of iconic Blue Mountain Beach, “Happy Hours” is a one-of-a-kind retreat just a hop, skip, and a jump from the beach, local shops, and charming eateries. Located just two blocks from the Blue Mountain public beach access, this home offers convenient beach days with four private parking spaces off County Highway 83, plus additional parking via the alley.

This unique four-story main home—plus a two-story carriage house—was thoughtfully designed for groups or multiple families. There’s plenty of space to gather, play, and entertain, with a layout that also offers privacy when you need it.

***BED BUGS*** we noticed bed begs on one of the first floor beds, entrance from side door of home. We left one of the squished/bloody bed bugs, along with exoskeletons, on the headboard and in the crease of headboard. I reported it to the company and they said they had 2 pest controls say “no evidence of bed bugs”. I’m not sure how that’s possible, considering we even sent them pictures and left all evidence there.

Following your report, we took immediate action by sidelining the property for inspection by two separate professional pest control companies. Both companies conducted thorough examinations of the beds, headboards, and surrounding areas, and confirmed that there was no evidence of bed bugs. We understand that any sighting can be distressing, and we want to reassure you and future guests that the home has been cleared and remains a safe environment. We truly appreciate your communication, as it enabled us to act quickly and verify the cleanliness of our property.

Overall, such a gorgeous home and great for a big group! Lots of bathrooms and spaces for people to get away. Great location/easy walk to the beach. We had some issues that did take away from the experience: - At check in, one of the floors key pads ran out of battery so we couldn’t access for a while and had to have someone come out - WiFi was out for the first 2 days of our trip, which some of the group was relying on for work. - the maintenance person sent for the wifi was there most of the afternoon (both days) and on one night, stayed until 10:30pm which wasn’t comfortable. We also had to have people stay back from the beach to meet them and make sure they weren’t there alone with all our stuff, so that took away from the experience. - the carriage house was great, but had some drainage issues leaving those staying there to shower in other bathroomsThey were very quick to respond to the issues, but just was unfortunate that we had to deal with the maintenance and inconveniences on vacation. Overall, we all enjoyed the house.
