We’re sorry that some aspects of the stay did not meet your expectations. We understand how important it is for a listing to clearly communicate the amenities and whether the property is shared, and we appreciate you bringing these concerns to our attention. We will review the listing carefully to make sure the information is as clear and accurate as possible so future guests know exactly what to expect before booking. We also take your comment regarding the cooking utensil seriously and will inspect and replace it as needed. Guest comfort and cleanliness are very important to us and we will address it with house keeping. However, the listing is clear there is no TV and no washer and dryer as this is a cabin, that is not shared and is separated from over 200 feet from any other dwelling. Majority of houses/cabins that are on the lake are within 80 to 100 feet of each of another house as this property is extremely unique in size and location. Thank you again for your feedback.
