We had 12 adults for a long weekend stay, and enjoyed this property very much. The large kitchen and den area made gatherings easy. The pool and deck areas were awesome as well. Since we also had a boat for fishing and cruising, huge kudos for dock, slip, and fish cleaning area. We will be back and will stay here again.

This house was perfect for the large group we had. The pool was amazing and everyone enjoyed watching the wildlife on the canal. The walk to the beach was also very easy and convenient.

We were in town for the Emerald Coast Open (Lionfish Derby) and we wanted a home on the water so our boat captain could pick us up and we could proceed into the Gulf to hunt for Lionfish. The home was in a perfect location and provided everything we wanted and had hoped for! The home was spacious and provided everything it advertised!! We will definitely look forward to staying at this property for future events.

Excellent communication! Response within minutes- adequate space for our multiple families- access to the water by boat was perfect and short walk to the beach. Would definitely book again!

The house is amazing. The common areas worked great for our family holiday!
We had our own sip and paint. Plenty of room for all of us.

Great house, Great floor plan, nice pool but the heater just go repaired on the last day there. I love the boat dock, the deck chairs are great and new. Decks are great.The living room and kitchen are better than any of the pictures depicted. The downstairs bedrooms were great and the small refrigerator in the bunk side did not work The under house parking/breezeway was great for pool /beach stuff. I can’t wait to stay there again, I hope soon.

Stunning interior with spacious main living room and kitchen. Well appointed bedrooms that each had private bathroom. Unique two in law suites for privacy. Beautiful pool and patio area on the canal. Convenient beach access.

As another review stated, the pictures do not do this house justice. It is so beautiful inside with tall cathedral ceilings and beautifully decorated. This is the cleanest house we have ever rented in 20 years. It accommodated our large family nicely. It was well stocked in the kitchen and bathrooms. There was a second full refrigerator in the 1st floor primary bedroom which was super helpful. We absolutely loved the multiple private decks and the private pool and the private dock. There was plenty of parking for everyone. We loved being on the canal and watching the boats go by. It is a very quiet street and we had a very short walk to the beach with private gated deeded beach. It was very easy for the grandparents who are 80 to walk to the beach and the boardwalk is flat as well as the beach entrance. This is our favorite beach house we have rented. As a past owner of a beach condo on 30A, I can appreciate how well cared for this house is and how well the management is. We definitely plan to be repeat renters!

Beautiful vacation home!

Beautiful vacation home with lots of room for everyone in our group. Loved that each bedroom had its own bathroom. Huge living room and kitchen that the family could gather. Great property manager. They always took care of any problem and answered all questions promptly. We plan on making this vacation home our go to rental when we come back to Destin next year.

The home and management company were awesome. Our issues had to do with housekeeping, which I addressed with the management company and hopefully they find a new one!The home is beautiful and had plenty of room to spread out. The pool addition is very nice too!We had most of our meals at the home because it was such a beautiful view and if I were to offer any suggestions, it would be to upgrade the pots and pans.
