We provide basic “starter” supplies for your convenience. For example, we supply 2 kitchen trash-bags, 2 rolls of tissue paper, one roll of paper towels, and small detergents, soaps and shampoos. If you have a large party or feel that you may need more than the items mentioned above, please prepare adequately for your stay.
There is absolutely NO drugs allowed inside the home or elsewhere (inside or outside) on the property. NO smoking is allowed inside the property or near open windows/doors that would allow the smell in the home.
This is not a pet-friendly property.
The individual making the reservation must be at least 21 years of age & must be one of the guests staying at the property.
No third party bookings allowed, unless otherwise agreed upon in written form.
Only the number of guests indicated on the reservation are allowed to stay overnight on-premise, unless otherwise agreed upon in written form.
There is parking for (3) vehicles in the driveway. NOTE: Per HOA regulation, no street parking is permitted under any circumstance. Any violation will result in a $50 fine per occurrence each day.
Please wipe shoes at the door. It is preferred that shoes are removed indoors when possible, so we can keep the place clean for you and the next guests!
Please note that we cannot be responsible for any deliveries. If the property does not have a mail box please direct to the nearest Postal Store front.
Please respect the neighborhood and neighbors. Be considerate while socializing outdoors after 9pm and before 8am. Also, keep excessive noise to a minimum during this time.
No fireworks of any kind.
Follow additional guidelines posted within the home.
Please take out the trash and dispose properly per instructions upon departure.
Please ensure grill is Clean upon leaving.
Report damages immediately.
