This impressive equestrian country home has been turned into a unique all inclusive rental property for your pleasure. The estate features a pond, 5 acre lake, gracious landscaping with stone walls & mature plantings in addition to magnificent far reaching mountain views.



Other Things to Note:

Prices depend on the season, month, length of stay, and the size of your group. Please inquire with your groups information for accurate pricing. Below is a range of pricing for each season along with the cleaning fee and security deposit.



Winter/Spring pricing (+/- $1,000):

2-night rental $7.2k – $9.2k

3-night rental $8.2k - $11.2k



Summer/Fall pricing (+/- $1,000):

2-night rental $9.2k – $11.2k

3-night rental $13.2k - $14.2k

7-night rental $18.2k-$20.2k



Holiday rentals increase in price $1k-$2k



$800 cleaning fee

$1,000-1,500 refundable security deposit

Airbnb fees are on top of all rental fees
