As a superhost for the past 3 years, we have just decided to add this property to our portfolio and completely rebuid it with our guests in mind. The reson we purchased; it`s in the best location no phisically on the lake. We are here to accommodate and welcome you to this Fun and Funky Beachy Bungalow with all the amenities of an updated modern retreat.

You can not beat the location. You can walk less than 2,000` to all of the following; Palmyra Public Beach, Wallenpaupack Boat Tours and Boat Rentals, Gresham`s Ice Cream, Greasham`s Chop House and Tiki Bar, Lake Wallnpaupack Visitor`s Center, Lake Wallenpaupakc Dyke, Overlook Trail, Dante`s Diner & Pizzaria, Lakeside Deli, and Dunkin!

Inside, guests will find a fully equipped Stainless Steel kitchen with beautiful quartz counters ready for any cooking they plan to do. The refrigerator has filtered drinking water and ice. There is a high top dining table which hold custom getaway guides that includes information on the property and the local area with our personal recommendations. The living room adjacent to the kitchen includes a 50` smart TV as well as a cast iron gas fireplace. A massive beautul leather sectional allows you to sit down and relax after an exciting fun filled day. Enjoy a nice dinner outside at the picnic tables in the warmer months or sit out on the covered porch and enjoy the peaceful secluded area. You might even see some deer next door pass by or a stroll by from a wandering black bear.

Just through the side door is natural bluestone steps that take you to the rear. Upon the large deck is a beutiful 5-Person Hot Tub ready for all to relax in and enjoy. There is a chinnea right outside the back perfect for roasting marshmallows on the california deck. You`ll find a picnic table as well as a nice seating area. Enjoy the light breeze from the the lake under the Edison lights glazing overhead. After a long day at the public beach just 700` away wash off in the amazing outdoor shower. On the back deck is a newer 2-burger gas grill with provided propane. There is a Game shed with Darts, Foosball, and other games for the group (Work in progress). We also supply 3 Kayaks if you are interested in driving them to the public launch to drop them in, but you must transport. To the right of the housethe driveway is big enough for you to bring a boat on a trailer along with a 2nd vehicle in the secondary driveway next to the woods (Or 3 total vehicle).

This place is pet friendly so your four legged friends won`t have to be left behind. Kids will love hanging out inside and outside of the beach inspired bungalow.

Planning on bringing your boat? The driveway can accomadate one and you can launch it 2,000 feet away at Wilsonville Recreation & Campground ($10) or the public launch 2 miles away (Free). Wilsonville also offers nightly boat slips to be rented if available (Pricing varies) and picknicking from 8am till dusk for $2.

We do not provide firewood, but there are plenty of local areas that stock it. We also have a property less than 2 miles away that has a self-service box to give you a better bang for the buck than the other stores (Cash or electronic payment).

*Please note there is a $75 one-time dog fee which allows you to bring up to 2 dogs on the property during your trip. We are dog lovers but ask that you keep your furry friends off the furniture and clean up after them for the sake of other renters. Waste bags provided from dispenser in backyard. Add your dogs to the reservation for the dog fee to be applied please.

Going back inside there are 2 bedrooms along with
a full bath with a washer/dryer. To the right is the master bedroom (Queen) and to the left is a second bedroom (Full & Twin). There is a big closet in each of the bedrooms as well as a roll away twin in the master.

Your booking included sheets, pillows (2 per guest), towels (1 per guest), wash clothes (1 per guest), 2 hand towels, toiletries (body wash, shampoo, and conditioner), and some basic supplies (Dish Soap, 2 trash bags, 2 paper towels, 2 toilet paper rolls, and hand soap) to get your stay started.

If you are looking for baby gear suh as pack-n-plays, high chairs, ect. We have a partnership with a local supplier that can deliver and even set them up at the property for you to use during your stay. Just let us know.

If you want to swim in the lake you must use the public beach (700` away) (MDW - LDW, $5 per person per day). For launching boats you can use the public Launch (2 miles away). If looking to fish the Lake Wallenpaupack Visitors Center (600` away) allows you to borrow free fishing pole and tackle while you can fish right next door

The Dead-End road is walking friendly. Feel free to walk to the end with your four-Legged friends. Most of the street boarders State Gamelands. The driveway can accommodate a maximum of 2 vehicles and 1 boat/snowmobile trailer or 3rd vehicle.

As an avid Airbnb renter myself I know the importance of privacy, yet knowing the owner is available at a moments notice if any issues were to arise. Because of this, transparency is key for our guests to have the absolute best experience possible. Our goal is to have a 5 start stay with each booking. With each booking there will be contactless access to the property with a digital keycode. A digital guidebook will be provided prior to the stay as well as a paper copy of the same guidebook on the coffee table. Everything will be explained in this guidebook for an easy yet rewarding experience for the guests. Should anything else arise I will be available through messaging and will be able to provide responses promptly. We take great pride in making the stay as easy as possible, and have done our best to make the property as user friendly and accommodating as possible during the recent renovations.
