◆ Quiet hours are from 10:00PM to 8:00AM as we have full-time residents living in the neighborhood. If you are looking to have a party, this is not the house for you!
◆ The person booking must be at least 25 years old and have government issued photo ID on file with the booking platform.
◆ Smoking or vaping in the house or on the porch is not allowed.
