💧 Well Water Notice: This home runs on local well water, which is tested regularly and completely safe to drink. Due to the natural minerals in the water, you may notice a slight smell, which is normal for the area. Guests who prefer bottled water may wish to bring their own.



🚗 Mountain Roads & Accessibility: While the roads leading to the home are well-maintained, guests visiting in winter months should check weather conditions and consider a 4WD or AWD vehicle if snow is expected.



🏡 Your Private Retreat: You’ll have full access to the entire home, including the game room, fire pit, and hot tub—perfect for unwinding after a day of exploring the Great Smoky Mountains, Dollywood, and Gatlinburg!
