Beautifully updated and renovated unique 1 bed/1 bath mid-century modern bungalow in the centrally located Tahquitz River Estates neighborhood of Palm Springs with your own private pool and spa!

This home is a splendid desert oasis as it is surrounded by landscaped gardens and tall hedges offering plenty of privacy. This home features a private pool and spa, large covered patio BBQ area, gated front courtyard and mountain views!
Living/Dining area:
Living room is tastefully decorated with a smart TV with both Apple TV and Roku for a plethora of streaming options. Enjoy direct access to the outdoor dining area!
Dining room has a dining table for 4.
Glass slider allows direct access to the patio with its own outdoor dining area including a built-in BBQ grill.
Kitchen:
The kitchen has been completely remodeled. Modern updates include a brand new dishwasher, stove and refrigerator with ice maker and filtered water. Kitchen is fully stocked.
Bedroom:
Primary bedroom has a king sized bed with a brand new mattress, a large closet and direct access to the pool with gorgeous mountain views.
Bathroom:
Newly renovated bathroom with a tiled large walk-in shower and new vanity.
Backyard:
Enjoy full seclusion shrouded by tall ficus trees ensuring complete privacy. The pool and spa are a great size and will ensure endless water fun. Enjoy mountain views as you relax on the loungers or grill your favorite meal and have dinner on the large outdoor dining table.
Mid century modern enthusiasts will appreciate the design of this charming bungalow!
This is a single-family home and it is completely private.

No smoking on the premises
No outdoor music at all; no excessive noise of any kind
Two additional children 12 years old or younger permitted
Up to 2 pets permitted
Pool heating is optional and available for a fee of $75 per night. The pool heating is for the entire stay. Pet fee is $150.
**By City of Palm Springs Ordinance, the following are required to rent a short term rental in the city:
1. Primary renter must be at least 25 years of age.
2. Primary renter must provide a copy of his/her government issued I.D. prior to check-in. A copy of I.D. is kept on file while guest is at property and will be shared with Vacation Rental Compliance Officials on demand as required by law.
3. Responsible party (primary renter) is required to sign a short term rental agreement (contract).
4. All guests are required to print and sign names to City of Palm Springs confirmation that Good Neighbor Brochure has been read and understood by all adult occupants (this will be emailed with the rental agreement).
5. No more than 2 adults per bedroom (2 max) are allowed to occupy the home overnight with 2 additional guests allowed during daytime hours. An additional 2 children under the age of 12 are allowed per rental.
6. No more than 1 car per bedroom are allowed to be parked at the house overnight with 1 additional car allowed during daytime hours (4 cars max)
7. Trash must be kept in the provided receptacle out of public view.
8. Dogs are to be kept on a leash at all times when not in the home or in the confined space of the property. Dogs are to be kept from barking. A consistently barking dog is considered a nuisance.
9. Outdoor music is prohibited 24 hours per day. It is further expected that noise created at the home will not be audible beyond the property line. Quiet time is between 10pm and 10am.
10. DECORATIONS: Only Painters Tape allowed on the walls. NO confetti or glitter as you know it's impossible to remove & unfair to our lovely housekeepers. Any leftover decor, balloons, etc. or damage on the walls or anywhere that is not normal wear & tear, will incur an extra cleaning/damage fee taken from the deposit
